Aric Ray is my PCP. He always listens and gets to work on my particular issue right away. And the 5 stars are meant for the staff also. They keep up with appointment reminders, sending referrals quickly and even follow up to see if I was able to get an appointment with their referred physician. I feel very well cared for. Some places the doctor is great, but not the staff. Then you have places where staff is super but the physician not up to your standard. I get it all here at Optima. It really does take a village for excellent continuum of care. Thank you Optima.

I've been going to Optima for 2 years, Stephanie Green was amazing and the staff is amazing. Today I met STEPHANIE PETTIS, she didn't listen to one word I said! Not one! She apparently didn't listen to the Assistant that filled her in before me either . She only cared about my finances, questioned my finances repeatedly and insulted me about being on AHCCS and being able to afford food but not prescriptions! But didn't hear one word about severe pain under my ribs and kidneys and not being able to eat or sleep, fever or sweats in 4 days. Not one question about that!! I had to explain I didn't have a thermometer. I had to ask for my own testing as far as Urinalysis and labs, and even Ultrasound. Apparently it's all caused by a Hernia she's not going to educate me about. She was Condescending, uninformative ,and UNINTERESTED!!!! She actually left the room and made the staff to finish up any labs , orders, prescriptions,and information I needed. I had to ask ten more questions from them before I left.She is NOT KIND OR INTERESTED IN HELPING as her quote says. She should be ashamed of herself for belittling the less fortunate!! The AMAZING STAFF is definitely carrying that woman's job!!!! ? THE 5 STARS IS FOR THE AMAZING STAFF that actually ARE kind and interested in helping!! That woman doesn't deserve a rating above ZERO.

Amazing. Front staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My primary care provider is top notch very thoughtful and worked through all of my concerns. She listened and truly seemed to care. Provided quality solutions and ordered all the tests that I need. Best medical experience I've had.

Was in search of a new primary care physician when one of my best friends recommended OPTIMA. Not only did they get me in immediately but they listened to all my concerns and did more for me at my appointment than most doctors I’ve seen in the last several years. I had the pleasure of seeing Stephani Pettis AGNP and she was amazing and THOROUGH!
They do labs in office which is astounding to me and everyone in there is super polite. So happy with the care they provide.
If you’re in the market for a Great doctor please go check them out. You won’t be sorry

So far, after my first visit with Doctor Stephanie, I feel good. She was very personable and made me feel really comfortable. You could tell she seemed to really care about helping me with my health. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I don't know what will happen with my referrals or anything. They required payment even before services were rendered. That seemed odd. But I suppose like all of America, money is most important.

I had my first visit at Optima, after two bad experiences at other clinics in SV. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, the nurse that took me to the exam room was friendly and professional and the NP, Stephanie was awesome! It was an all around great first visit. I will be going back for my health care.

Dr. Aric Ray is absolutely the best. We have seen him before at a different practice and as soon as we found out where he went we switched asap. He is such a great doctor and person. He takes the time to listen and connect with U not only as a patient but as a person.. I gave a 5 star rating but would honestly give a 100 if I could.
