Can’t say enough nice things about Armen and the team at Optimal Body. I started coming here a few months back after already loosing a good amount of weight on another program. I was uncomfortable with the lack of follow up and engagement I was getting with the other program. I felt like I was on autopilot with them. I wanted to find a local office I could go into and have follow up care and talk to someone that could advise me on what was going on with my now 50 year old body. I’ve struggled with my weight my entire life and loosing weight at 50 is very different from loosing weight at 30. It can actually be scary because you realize how fragile your body is and the care you should give it. My hormones are changing and my body responds so differently than it did even 10 years ago. I was genuinely scared I could be damaging my body. I’m so glad I made the decision to come to this office. I go in regularly for weight checks and body mass checks to make sure I’m loosing fat and not muscle. The office staff is great and I genuinely enjoy my visits. I’ve continued loosing weight and am down 53lbs. I am no longer scared that I may be messing myself up. Im doing really well, down fat while simultaneously gaining muscle. I highly recommend this office and Armen. If you’re ready to start your weight loss journey and want to do it in a safe way with someone to help guide you this is a great choice.

The staff very friendly & well educated. Dr. Armen takes the time to listen to you without rushing you out. The waiting is 5 to 10 max minutes.
