Optimal Healing is simply amazing! My daughter and I both see therapists here and I can’t say enough good things about either of them. I’ve also had a massage, tried Reiki, took a yoga class, and tried the sauna with red light therapy. Every service was top notch! The providers were incredible. Optimal Healing truly wants to take make sure you can heal your whole self. Highly recommend giving them a try!

My therapist is Rachel and she is the most professional, compassionate, accommodating and understanding person. I have tried other therapists in the past and none of them were a good fit. She is amazing and is life changing. The Optimal Healing building is beautiful and peaceful and really makes you feel like it's a place to heal. So grateful to have found it.

I have attended several wellness sessions at Optimal Healing, including Yoga, Reiki, and their Winter Solstice event. I cannot speak more highly of how amazing their services are and the level of professionalism their highly educated staff provide. The renovated 1800s carriage barn gives the space such a cool and unique vibe that allows you to emerge yourself into a state of relaxation and healing. I’m thankful to have this treasure of a gem in our community where one can go to address, recover, and recharge their mind, body, and spirit!

I have been seeing Ashley for years, and I’m a better human, partner and mother because of it. I found her when I was newly pregnant and in crisis, but I’ve also been with her when really great things are happening in my life, too. Regardless of where I am in life, Ashley has provided me with a judge-free space that allows me to express how I’m feeling and work on myself. Some of the many things she has helped me with are communication with my husband and family, setting boundaries, making achievable goals for myself, workplace stress, family conflict, processing shame and guilt, forgiving myself, connecting me with other resources within the community, understanding the importance of selfcare - I could go on. However, what I love most is that we also celebrate my growth and the big and small wins in my life - like my sobriety (another crisis she has helped me through).
Additionally, my husband and I are seeing Keith Jones (on Saturdays!) for couples counseling which has been super beneficial in our marriage. Again, the safe, non-judgmental space Keith allows us has helped us with communication, listening to each other and tackling the hard stuff because marriage is a lot of work and not always easy. My husband and I always leave our session feeling so much better about ourselves and our partnership.
Lastly, I have watched OH start as an idea, become a vision that Ashley, Keith and the entire OH team are now building out and bringing to life. It’s really exciting for our community to have one spot that will embody so many facets of selfcare. And the building and space is amazing! I walk out of there every week feeling inspired. I am extremely grateful for the help, guidance and love I have received at OH and can’t wait to experience what’s on the horizon.

Our family has used Ashley as a therapist for many years and recently have been begun utilizing the newest services, Astrological Readings, Massage, Reiki and more and I cannot say enough wonderful things. I would give 10 stars if I could.
