This was my first time visiting an eye doctor in over 10 years, but I had such a great experience, I plan to come back every year. After all the tests were completed, Dr. Mann explained the results and made recommendations about which eyeglasses were best suited for my needs. I scheduled my first visit a couple of days ago and I can already tell that this will be my optometrist for life! Everyone on the staff was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. The office is in an excellent location and free parking is available. They have a great selection of frames and sunglasses.

The staff and care that you receive at Optometry At Redwood Shores is definitely worthy of five stars. I have always struggled with putting in contacts, and finding frames that look right on my face. But their staff was able to help me overcome both of those issues. They are so friendly, patient and helpful, I couldn’t ask for better care. I highly recommend giving them a try if you haven’t already.

This office was suggested by my VSP insurance, and within the insurance providers premier network. I was able to book an appointment online that wasn’t scheduled too far out and enter personal information prior to my visit to speed up the check in process. They had my insurance verified and all of the information regarding copays and allowances ready when I arrived. I was seen quickly and everyone in the office was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. They have a decent sized selection of frames available as well.
