This was my first time consulting there. Dr. Anjali Agarwal was so good, I felt so comfortable in communicating about my health. The doctor listened to everything patiently. All the other staff were so helpful. I will definitely visit again.

on hold for an hour and a half to get my sick son in. gave up and called another doctor and it took 30 seconds. Optum has clearly broken something in their phone tree, and I will never use them again.

EDIT: I called back, and asked the first operator to stay on hold with me during the transfer. After 10 minutes of hold she said that they have a new phone tree system, and it's probably broken. I thought I was being facetious before, but apparently their phone tree actually is broken. What a mess.

Made appointment last week to see Dr Singh, gave information about insurance and reason. Got a missed call and called back and was told the staff wasn’t answering their calls, they were short staffed so just continue to go to my appointment. I was there more than 15 minutes early and gave my name- was asked to wait, will call my name. At my appointment time the clerk called my name and I was told that Dr Singh didn’t take new patients and I should see a dermatologist instead. Whoever took my call didn’t do a good job relaying the message, and if they knew she didn’t take new patients should have told me earlier instead of making me wait til my appointment time. Should have just left a message also and told me it was canceled.

I'm leaving this review for the staff not my doctor at Optum- Arcadia. I reached out to get a lab order and received a call telling me it was complete. I asked if I needed to take anything to the lab and they said no that they would have it. Well, I show up today and waste 2 hours of my day because Labcorp didn't have the order. I tried reaching the doctor's office but of course they were on lunch, set to come back at 1pm. I waited and called at that time, but there was no answer from those who could help me for 40mins. I ended up leaving Labcorp. I later received a call from the office, Dave (I think) saying that someone forgot to activate the order. This is completely unacceptable and whoever is responsible needs to be reprimanded. I've already given them feedback directly but wanted to post here as well.

Lesson learned- Always double check that your orders went through and don't trust their word because in this case it meant nothing.

Staff is incompetent, uncaring and fail to do their job. Repeatedly fail to do their job. STAFF DOES NOT DO THEIR JOBS!!! Doctors are great- STAFF IS HORRIBLE As I see on this site, many, many patients share the same concerns and have suffered the same offenses. This is supposed to be healthcare; people are sick and in pain. The staff here doesn’t seem to care and it’s not fair for the doctors. Referrals are often wrong, late, incomplete or simply not done. Information from staff is scattered and incomplete, inconsistent and incorrect. What a disgrace. Who runs this place anyway?

I am very saddened to give this place a two star review. Not only myself but my whole family sees doctors at this location. And all the doctors we see here are excellent. All that talent, knowledge and compassion for patients is overshadowed by rude and robotic people working at the front desk though. They lack compassion and do not care.

Karina in Dr. Lees office is great. It's very hard these days to get someone to follow up with you. We needed something resolved through insurance and she totally took care of the situation. Much appreciated! Great employee.
