Just starting new patient/doctor relationship with new primary doctor. Dr. Choi, seems likable enough and time will tell. I have been with optum( previously known as Beaver) for quite a few years and have had many different Dr's in that time. All seem very qualified and have not to many bad memories.

Half of these people that answer your phone call are not in the mood of taking your call and have a bad attitude towards you. Plus you can never get a hold of your doctors by phone or by the app. You'll end up either going to TJ for care or rush the Urgent care.

With covid-19 protocols, no one can accompany a patient inside unless there is a specific need for that patient. Understandable. For the few appointments we have been too, they have not taken terribly long to finish the appointment. That is nice.

I honestly don't know where all these bad reviews are coming from because my experience was the best ever. Walked in and got checked in, and then I headed to the lab. I got my x-ray and blood work done within 5 minutes of sitting down. X-ray and Blood draw were perfect!!!! I guess you can't always go off people's negative reviews.

I realize that Covid 19 has caused many restrictions nationwide...however, not being able to be seen by a doctor who has sworn to meet the needs of patients entrusted to their care is not acceptable. Many patients have needs that simply cannot be handled via a monthly telephone call. I have made 2 appointments with my doctor only to have them cancelled at the last minute. I was to have a follow-up scan of my chest months ago - can't be done over the phone. My husband has developed a nasty rash on his forearms - can't be seen over the phone. Going to Urgent Care is not an option as I am assuming all the people in Banning/Beaumont who are sick are encamped there waiting to see the only doctors available to us right now. I have never been more dissatisfied, disappointed, or disgusted with the policies of BMG than I am right now. Nancy Grice - written from my work computer

Try to avoid this place. I made an appointment for a regular exam. The day of the appointment, i got an eye exam done and also described some issues i was having. I was basically told everything was okay, which was fine with me. A month later im getting several calls about how i owe money for the eye exam even though its covered under my insurance. I was told the exam was coded different from a regular eye exam thus causing me to have to pay out of pocket. After i told them it was a regular eye exam, they still tried to get me to pay. I have never dealt with so many incompetent and unprofessional people in my lofe!

So far I haven't been able to experience the quality of Beaver Medical Group's patient care program. My wife and I moved to Banning from the Phoenix, AZ metropolitan area 3 weeks ago and I have made 2 attempts to reach them. The first call was on June 24th at 11:34 AM. The call went to voicemail and I complied to the request on the recording by leaving my name, phone number and brief message. The recording stated they would return my call within 24 hours. It has now been 48 hours and 35 minutes. I just made a second attempt and recieved the same message, left the same information and recieved the same 24 hour commitment.

I was transferred to our Inland Empire location and I was referred to Beaver Medical Group by my fellow employees. Three of them had alot of positive things to say, but none of them are familiar with the facility in Banning. I am Wondering if I should try another one of their facilities, or find another practice in the area. I prefer to patronize a company in my community if it's possible.

Epic Management you suck! It used to be that one could call and be connected with their doctor's office. Now we go into a cue and it takes sometimes an hour to talk to someone and it might not even be your doctor's office, but a nearby doctor's office. If I had wanted to speak to that office I would have asked for it. You need to fix this problem. It doesn't take a genius to know that you instigated this cue system to cut back staffing and all the bucks that you can save on employee benefits. Bottom-line more money for your corporation. If I didn't like my doctor so well I opt out of being a patient at Beaver Medical Group. Get a grip Epic, you really suck and do not care about patients, only what is in it for you.
