Dr Korff spoke to me in a rude and unprofessional manner because he came into the office at 9am for my 8:40am appointment and I was on my cell phone dealing with a security matter with work. I am finding another doctor.

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I liked how my appointment was right around the time I was scheduled (as opposed to 30 minutes later).
They outsource their billing though, and I am picking a new provider solely from my frustrations on it. Collection company has probably sent me 6 bills in a month for a small copay, even after I've called in and paid the transaction.
And it was the first time I was refused a letter written for a condition. I got a feeling that they were unfamiliar with type of notice and didn't want to research it.

Dr. Wong and his nurse have been taking care of me for a decade. They are intuitive and super caring even since they have become a part of a large corporation. I pick insurance plans based on his availability. I am every happy with the service.

I like Optum, I just don't like the people in customer service, I am using their home mail delivery service, the only problem I have with them is that they take 7 days to send refills or new prescriptions, and when I inquire about them the person answering phone is very ryde and sarcastic, and they question every changes in prescription MGs when my Dr changes them saying that I am already taking that meds, and when I tell them Dr changed mgs, and discontined the other one they get sarcastic and refuse to fill new prescription till other one is due for refill, when I tell them I am out of it they don't seem to care.

Dr. Wong is great I hate giving this place two stars , but his medical assistant Lourdes is RUDE so unfriendly and honestly made me uncomfortable with her rude comments I will not be coming back here, it a shame because dr. Wong is so nice and good at what he does, but he need to fire Lourdes she is really unprofessional and mean

this is an urgent care...right? Today is june 17th, they don't take walk-ins and could schedule a new patient for July...but, our health is their priority
