Since moving to California I have had 3 appts at this facility.

From start to finish I’ve never had any issues. Front desk, Briana, check in, always friendly. If your phone needs charging they do have charging stations.

Tria, pa, is outstanding..: she’s outstanding because she listens. So grateful for her.

I highly recommend this facility and the level of care you will receive..

I have been a patient of Dr. Fightlin’s for 18 yrs and was driving from san diego for 3 years before I moved to OC. She is a dedicated , professional who genuinely cares and takes her time and explains medical procedures and has always made me feel cared for and important. She is amazing and I have recommended several friends to her. Optum staff in MV are all kind and professional. I have only 5 stars I can give and if I could I’d give them a 10 star rating ! I am blessed to have such attentive, professional and knowledgeable doctors and staff who I trust with my health.

I was having the biggest problem getting a subscription and Gina from Dr. Richmond's office was soooo helpful and helped me get in touch with the correct people and was incredibly understanding and helpful. Thank you Gina! If you are her boss and you are reading this, give her a raise!!
