I went to Optum today, and I had a lot of worries and questions on my mind. But as I was leaving, I felt so so much better. The doctor answered all my questions very honestly, and his assistant Veronica answered my questions. Also,, I’m a 66-year-old woman and as you get older, you know you have a lot of questions about your health. But I felt very very comfortable there. I’m very happy I’m very satisfied much better than the primary doctor that I had before, but I wanna name any names. . I’m very happy that I joined their services. I give them a 10+

I'm a new patient to this office. Don't wast your time, Worst front desk customer service. I have to repeat my blood work within one week because they forgot to send the order to the lap. I didn't mention that I was waiting for an hour for 5 minutes taking blood because they forgot about me at the front desk l, plus who likes to be poked with the needle 2 many times. Second appointment to see my doctor I checked in and waited over an hour, and when i asked the front desk is my doctor here she said yes and there's 3 patients before you still waiting in the room to be seeing. So I have at least another hour to be seeing. I told the front desk lady I really can't wait over 2 hours to be seeing I have to go back to work, she didn't say anything she didn't even say sorry about the wait or can I reschedule your appointment or anything. Definitely looking for different office.

The worse automated service. Tried to cancel my appt for today at 830 am. Called at 7:45 am to cancel it due to waking up with Covid 19 like symptoms..8:15 and still NO live person “someone will be there ASAP” heard that recording like 15 times. Ended up hanging up by 8:15 am!! Too bad rating doesn’t have a -0!!!

What is it with their front desk/customer service I had a prior unsat experience in the office where they took their sweet time to correct a mistake on my referral order and I had to leave and return another day to pick it up. Today, I call wanting to speak to the doctor about my test results. it’s a Tuesday afternoon at 2:20pm. I speak to someone at the patient support center and get transferred to the Monrovia front office, but no one answers. the line is open because I can hear someone clicking on a keypad and background office noise . I wait for a greeting... nothing; I then say hello a few times... nothing; then I hear the line hang up on me (total call time 4mins). Of course, I call back and have to wait. I talk to another person at the patient support center and then get placed on hold while she attempts to reach someone at the Monrovia office. 14 mins on hold... hence I make use of my time and write this review. The rep comes back on the line and tells me no one has picked up, so she will send a message to my doctor to call me back. She was nice but then hangs up on me before I can take the customer service survey...
If this is what I’m getting for PPO service, its time to reconsider my plan.

contacts information with predatory, telemarketing credit , loan, & banking agencies unrelated to medical bills.

I called today and specifically told the gal who answered the phone that I need the form for a permanent handicap paper for my back Dr to take to give to her on Monday to fill out and I told her 3 times exactly what I wanted and they ignored me. Some people r just bad.
