I do not recommend this doctor at all. Last I seeing her was June of 2021 and I was 3 months pregnant and shared with her that I was seeking care of a midwife for the pregnancy and wanted to establish myself as a patient with her for future appointments, she frowned upon the idea of me delivering my child with a midwife. I shared with her the only ongoing medical (mental health) conditions I had at the time and she was not sympathetic at all to that. She ordered blood work and sent me on my way. Since I was scheduled for blood work with my midwife I did not follow through with her order. I have since had my daughter and was attempting to get a breast pump through insurance (private insurance) and since a prescription was required the company advised me to have my primary care write a prescription for the breast pump, Dr. Morgan would not sign the order without seeing me but by the time my appointment was scheduled my milk supply has been drastically reduced and no longer have a need for it and have put my daughter on strictly formula. I am a 32 year old healthy woman and have no need for an appointment aside from getting a breast pump to try and feed my child the natural way. I feel like the denial was more to be able to bill my insurance for a pointless visit than actually not feeling comfortable with signing an order for a breast pump.

I have had very bad experiences with her office as well as the doctor herself. She has never done anything and completed. I have lymphedema and she had no idea what to do. I tell her my problem and she tells me that she knows what I need, and then for days I can’t get a hold of her. She closes her office at all different times. I really don’t know how she keeps being a so call doctor. I went to the hospital after her telling that they didn’t see anything wrong with my leg, but at the hot they told me I had cellulitis, this was 2 weeks ago and leaving the hospital they told me to follow up with my doctor, YVONNE MORGAN, but I can never get in touch with her , so what am I suppose to do. This is a very serious infection. When I asked for pain pills to be filled, she didn’t give me the right amount. So I ran out, and I have been suffering ever since. So this was the last straw for me and I just have to contact my insurance and get another doctor, MISS YVONNE MORGAN IS VERY RUDE, and I would never refer her to anyone.

I unfortunately have had a very frustrating experience with Dr. Morgan's office. I am a new patient and have been trying to get an appointment with her for 2, almost 3 months now. When I asked the staff if there were any cancellations i would like to be notified so I could see the doctor earlier. I've gotten mixed answers everytime I call. I've been told to call every couple of days to see if there are any cancellations, I've been told I was put on a cancellation list, then I was told there is no cancellation list. It's been very frustrating to deal with this office and the staff. Finally a week before my appointment, i get a call from the office informing me the doctor will not be there and my appointment has been cancelled and will be rescheduled for another month away!! How ridiculous! I could have been looking for a new doctor in the time I have wasted trying to get in to see Dr. Morgan. Honestly just a poorly run office and cannot believe how dismissively I've been treated.

This was my first and last visit. I was very disappointed and unsatisfied with her service, the front desk was amazing but she wasn't. On my first visit as new patient she couldn't even look at the issue I was having at the moment to determine whether it was something she can take care of or if she would refer to someone else, disregarded my concern. Then she informed me that she didn't perform a pap smear on the first visit, she did not explain why and my visit lasted no more tham 15 minutes, so she wasted my time considering the fact that I have two young children at home and it is extremely difficult to find a babysitter, just like her time is important so is my mine. Wasted my money and time for my vitals to be taken, ordered to get blood work for a physical and to be told to come back in two weeks. THANKS BUT WILL NOT EVER BE RETURNING.

I had an incredibly horrible experience with this Dr. She lacked empathy, general interest and had a horrible bed side manner. As a new mother I had a very traumatic birth and it left my child in the NICU for several weeks. While my child was in the NICU I had a follow up visit with my OB who knew what was going on and referred me to my Dr for further help. I knew mentally something was wrong and explained what I was feeling, what I went thru and asked for help from this Dr. The Dr’s response was “your child is fine now so what’s the problem?” I ended up talking to a therapist later who diagnosed me with severe PTSD and PPD and was shocked as to how I was treated by my own Dr. I’m aware doctors can’t diagnose you when it comes to mental health. But they can certainly advise patients to speak to someone if they’re feeling a certain way and have some empathy and general interest. If you don’t possess these qualities anymore then it’s time for a career change or to retire.

Does not listen or return phone calls. Doesn’t do a complete examination. If you are suppose to call in for results as the sign says in the exam rooms, then someone should be getting back to you. I have called and no response after a week. Will be looking for another doctor.
If a Person has atherosclerosis of aorta, one would think a test was done, (1) and (2) be told what to do so you are not a ticking time bomb. I Received this information 5 months later on an unrelated urgent care visit.
Totally blindsided. Still don’t know if this is mine as I have never had the angiography in leg or arm to determine this. Very poor care. Health care is scary and what we pay in medical insurance is a joke for such poor care.

I have had the worst experience with Optum and this dr Morgan. If you are a male, think twice about Optum. They gave me the runaround having a doctor. I would think twice about having Scan Optum.
