The only good thing about this office is Dr turner. There’s crack heads surrounding the building all the time. The office is a disaster. I call and the scheduling department says absolutely no appointments for 3 months. Call back and talk to someone else and they have 3 openings the very next day. They’ve told me twice now the wrong office to go to.
They’re rude and a mess. My dr is leaving the practice and the office didn’t even tell me, send a letter, nothing. My husband and I have been seeing him for 20 years and didn’t even get the courtesy of knowing until a DIFFERENT dr told me. Don’t recommend.

Front desk associate caused a situation that caused me to lose my temper subsequently being removed from care. Not only is this office not treating me, which I don't care, they removed my wife who was not part of the situation. They lost my medical records and refused to give me further treatment. They are being reported to corporate and possibly legal action will be another option.

The best thing about this office is Dr. Jason Turner, but he is leaving. I will not be going to this office again. I will find out where Dr. Turner is and go to his office. The Steingard office had the best doctors and PAs. Since Optum took over everything has changed and not for the best.

It is near impossible to get an appointment. Called because my husband was sick. When I finally got someone to answer the phone for an appointment couldn’t get in for several weeks. Went to ER. He has pneumonia. Called for a follow up in 2 weeks. Can’t get an appointment.

No appointment for at least 10 days post cough/congestion. What kind of Doctors office has this turned into? 25 years a patient. Optum is terrible.

OK!! I had to come back an update my review. Only because I’m under care of a different provider. I will first say this, #1 I do not generally leave reviews! #2 I am the person who stays CLEAR of doctors or hospitals. With that being said. I see PA Kregg Lemon. One of the absolute best in the field by far! Very knowledgeable, understanding. I never feel rushed. He listens to all my concerns. Doesn’t guess about anything with regards to my health. I’m confident that I can trust in him to do what’s best for me health wise. And I never say that! I know it’s important to share this experience with others considering a good provider. It’s far too easy to leave reviews when things aren’t very favorable. But too many people never share the good experiences. And I have the absolute best experience with Optum Care primary care! 10/10 recommend!!

Changing my review to 1 star because as it goes on this office just gets worse and worse.
This office would have 5 starts if it were just up to roger and dr turner. Truly amazing Drs. I have zero complaints and will never leave them.
For the office I can not stand that if you’re sick you can’t be seen. So if I feel like I have a ear infection they won’t see you and just send you a antibiotic. Or strep. This is so dumb. It’s a Drs office. You should see us if we’re sick.
I don’t recommend cooper or tapia - they’re just rude.

It's always easy to get an appointment whether it's in person or online, the girls at the desk are super nice, the wait has never been long and the office is very clean. I see Rachel Kimes and just love her. She listens, gives great advice and tells you what you really need to do, not just in and out like most doctors. This place is a total 180 from the 43rd Avenue Medical that I was going to. Thank you for making my attitude about going to the doctor a whole lot better!!
