Dr. Tamera Crowe is a dream doctor. She takes her time with you and makes you feel so comfortable. She’s so personable and listens to any concerns you have. I would follow her wherever she goes!

I'm a patient, and I love this practice. I can't speak for every provider, but I can tell you this: They treat you so kindly without judgment. I love Jeremy Paden ARNP. He is a very thorough, kind & caring provider. Dr. Grief is amazing as well, I've seen him also. I've seen multiple providers there, and they are all very kind, compassionateìp and live what they do:)

Whoever’s the receptionist who took my wife’s call today needs some serious re training. My wife asked for a certain MD and she told her she wasn’t taking any new patients, my wife proceeded to ask her questions about other options for providers or when any opening would be available, etc, and her answer multiple times was just “she isn’t taking any new patients” how rude and unhelpful can you be. Shameful, I bet Theres excellent providers here but because of a bratty receptionist many people will just look away from this place no doubt

I’ve been a patient of Dr Heimer since 1997. The quality of care has declined every year. It’s so bad you can’t even count on them to do what they say they are going to do. I’ve been throwing up daily since Friday August 9th. After visiting the doctor I was told they wanted me to get an MRI. I’ve been told it was going to be ordered and the nurse would call me. I called twice last week and was told I had to wait for the nurse to call. I’m on hold again. 18 minutes this time. I would not go here.

Needed to see my doctor so badly and can't even make an appointment, literally. After waiting for nearly 20 minutes to make one, I finally speak with someone who says they can't make appointments right now. I need to call back in 2 weeks just to make an appointment. I mean if you have a calender and a pencil, you can write appointment down. Then wait for who knows how long to actually see him. I really like my doctor, but they are getting too big to actually put patients needs first. It has become a numbers game and money grab for them. If you look on their website and see where patients are important to them and their priority, don't believe it. I've been going to their office for about thirty years. They've changed and definitely not for the better. Now you're just a number to them. Optum ruined the good office they once had.

Very nice, great people that care about you. Great Dr office clean in side and out. Come for check up, flu shots,and any health concerns you may have. Always (dial 911 in case of emergency) but this is the place to be if you need to see a good Dr.

This doctor's office has gone downhill steadily in the past four years that I've gone there. Their communication with patients is horrible; mostly it does not exist. I have called and the person on the other line could not find my file; passed it on to someone else who then could not find any record of a visit I'd made a month ago, let alone any of the test results (blood work, xray, heart monitor). Their urgent care facility is just as bad-- the nurse ASSISTANT told me that I did not need antibiotics and it was unlikely that the doc would prescribe them and I was wasting my time coming there. (The doc DID prescribe antibiotics). Good grief-- I'm going somewhere else. Find another doctor! I am.

This place doesn't deserve all of these negative reviews. I have had nothing but amazing experiences here. Dr. Trapp is amazing. She makes me feel so comfortable and everyone here has always made me feel like they genuinely care about me as not just another patient but as an individual. I refuse to go anywhere else.
