No longer Optum Urgent Care. It is now owned by Exer Urgent Care. The mobile check in is lengthy and can be complicated for some seniors. Not impressed with the physician I saw, I feel the Optum physicians/NP's showed more care towards patients.

Update: Optum Urgent Care has been sold to Exer. The mobile check in is EXHAUSTING! Wait time is no different. Be prepared to spend your entire day here at Urgent Care.

Checked in at 10:21am. Triage didn't call us until 11:45am. It's currently 1:18pm & we're still waiting to be seen. By the time you see/read this review, we'll still be waiting to be seen.

This place needs more training in the front of the house.
Patients services just charged my son a 50.00 dollar co-pay when our insurance only charges 15.00.
My son didn’t question it, he’s sick and not up to his normal self.
I asked Alexia why she charged him 50, and she said she called the wrong Caleb. Never in my life have I ever gone by a person’s first name in any business transaction. Then she stated she credited his charge which now will be 7-10 days before it credits his account.
My goodness people, get your act together.

My family has been to this urgent care multiple times. Tonight was exceptionally great, our provider Roger Rosewitz, NP and his female assistant where so kind and patient with my daughter. She ended up getting an x-ray, which did not seem to take long at all. The x-ray technician was great and very friendly, explaining everything that was going to be done and how it was going to be done really helped calm my daughter. The care was amazing! Even though my daughter wasn’t feeling up to the visit they treated her with dignity and respect. Thank you!!

I waited for a long time. People came in after me and were taken first but I felt so bad I didn’t give up. My Doctor I saw was Dr. Wu after 2 injections in the hip and almost 6 & 1/2 hours later I feel relief. Thank you Dr Wu

As a first time mom, I must admit that I do not know everything. As a first time mom, I must admit that I can be overly protective of my son. So, last night when I witnessed my own child struggling to breathe to the extent that his color was changing, I was terrified, traumatized, and scared. I did the only rational thing I could think of, which was to take my child to Urgent Care, for help, reassurance, and guidance. Frankly, nothing could have prepared me for the encounter I had with Dr. Dai Du!

I am thankful, that in the past, I have only had a handful of experiences in Urgent Care, but none involving my toddler. The admission and nursing staff were kind, prompt, and understanding. They ensured that we were seen in a timely manner. Frankly, the whole experience was good until we got to the exam room.

Dr. Dai Du entered the room with an irritated look. He clearly had the body language and demeanor of someone who wished to be anywhere in the world, but this exam room. As I attempted to explain the reason behind our visit, he walked passed me to my baby and started to roughly assess my 1 year old as if he was a rag doll. Ultimately scaring my poor child, forcing him to cry uncontrollably.

After he completed his violent assessment, he asked me about the reason for the visit. I tried to answer, but he was constantly interrupting and dismissing my concerns. When I tried to show him the video of my baby struggling to breathe with his color changing, he was disinterested and blankly said, “It is just a cold, treat it with Ibuprofen and Tylenol. Do whatever you did the last time he had a cold.”

The final blow was when he was walking out of the room. The good doctor looked up to me and asked if I had other children. When I explained that this was my only child, he smirked and said, “I figured.” Then he walked out.

Frankly, I do not write reviews nor do I ever want to get anybody in trouble. However, after our traumatic experience at this so called Urgent Care, I felt that I have a civic duty to share this horrendous level of care with the public, so no other mother or child would be insulted and traumatized by Dr. Dai Du.

Don't waste the $20 copay to be seen at this urgent care. I went twice in the last week because I have some kind of viral infection with worsening symptoms. The first doctor I saw said "you have some kind of viral flu, I don't have a name for it", they didn't even run any tests for any viruses. He prescribed me a strong cough syrup and wrote me off work for three days. After five days I felt worse and went back in; the second doctor said I was only feeling bad because of drinking the cough syrup and wouldn't even write me off any more days from work because he couldn't "objectively find anything wrong with me". After another two days I went to a different urgent care outside Beaver, and they immediately took my swab to test me for COVID, RSV, and influenza, and sent it to a lab, and prescribed me a more effective medication. Which is what the Beaver Urgent Care should have done a week ago.
