Not very patient friendly. Ultrasound technicians had bad customer service and made rude comments to my wife. They won’t let family in the room not even a husband. They won’t tell you anything and you have to wait for your doctor to contact you. That might be days or weeks. Everywhere else we have been they allow family in and a doctor walks you through what’s going on. We have had multiple other pregnancies through other facilities and this is by far the least personal experience. You feel like a number not a human.

My wife had a primary care doctor through this facility for about a year. The patient care there was just as bad. She asked the doctor a question through mychart about her lab results. The response she got back was “ just tell her no” . This response didn’t make sense at all and appeared to be a forward message between a nurse and her doctor.

Only good thing about this place is it’s empty and wait times are low. But that might make sense because the customer service is terrible.

Take it as a warning that these folks cannot keep doctors around. I've had two primary care doctors leave the practice in a year and THREE orthopedic doctors in as many years! Back of the line with appointments each time. What is continuity of care? Beaver was better, it's a shame they sold.

So sad how this place has gone downhill so rapidly. My husband needs help for an issue since June and it's Sept! Can't get an appt and if you do it's so far out. You leave messages for assistance with the person who supposedly can help and no one calls back. So looking forward to switching from option at open enrollment!

Went in for Lab work. Was told I needed an iron sample. For being a lab The restroom was filthy. Worse than a restroom at a public park. I hope someone gives this attention.

My medical providers are top of the line! Which has nothing to do with Optum, as they were in place begotten this company took over.
However, I just received a letter dated 7/16/24 that stated Optum had a cyber security breach in January 2024 and information including my social security number as well as medical records could have been compromised.
Six months until you notify your clients? Very upsetting.

I am not sure if this company knows what customer service is about. I see they have a two star so I will have to assume they dont. They dont have a way to book an appointment on line and they are rude when you do have to talk to them. The phone line were dont a month or so ago and i left several messages for someone to return my call but they never return one of the calls to me. I received a letter this week that their system got hacked and now I have to get a credit monitoring serice, what is going on, this new owner is not holding up. I had a telephone visit where the doctor said we need to reschedule and they are now charging me $70 for the visit even after i explained to the accounting dept what happened they dont seem to care. I will be changing medical groups we have other choices here in Redlands they are not the only providers.
Dont sign up for Optum you will be sorry you did....

Just when I felt like the whole medical system was failing me cuz of horrible experiences with urgent care and emergency last week with my husband -
I went to Optum in Redlands for a mammogram today… Ellen and Liz in radiology gave me hope! Wether my images turn out for the good or for the bad, I’m just glad they were obtained! These 2 ladies made sure I didn’t leave there with only half of what I needed - When I had questions, they looked to their supervisors for answers and upon returning to my room they explained why certain tests may be ordered a certain way and how age was a factor sometimes - but as they spoke I was reading their shirts that said “Optum, we care” I can honestly say “I feel like my health is valued & I feel cared for as a person…” so I decided to leave this review when I got home because so many people give bad feedback so easily but those who have a good experience just go home happy and that’s a wrap! But I give credit where it’s due and for all I know, these 2 might just save my life being so thorough and paying attention to their job as they obtained my images and gave their best today!!!

This is only for the lab-they collected my newborn son’s sample in expired tubes. When asked why this happened they said mistakes happen and didn’t even apologize! Iam in healthcare too and I know mistakes happen but usually you are supposed to have empathy and apologize and assure this won’t happen again! Pathetic service. I wouldn’t mind much if it was me. How can a drive a newborn in California heat of 100 degrees to your lab and make him go through the torture again because of your lab personnel carelessness! Would avoid going here at all cost.
