Amazing they make you wait 45 minutes for a 3-minute appointment. Yet everyone seems to have attitude when you tend to ask for the reason for the holdup. Definitely would not recommend the dermatologist office through optium.

Somehow my appointment got screwed up and it was in their system for the 26th of July, but I was told it was the 29th when I made it. They were busy and weren't sure I could be seen by the doctor.

I turned on my super charm and the receptionist went it to ask if I could be fit in. Adriana (not sure I'm spelling it right) talked to me and said I'd have to wait 45 more minutes. I had no problem with that because I brought a good book.

Less than 20 minutes later, I was seen. Doctor Dihn was simply amazing. She answered my questions and gave me a result that was far better than I was expecting.

As I left, I made sure to thank everyone that made this happen. It was the least I could do.

Tried to make an appointment with a dermatologist. Called Friday 10/19/18, I was told the assistant Patty and Gabby was busy assisting in the Surgery Room and the front desk Sandy cannot help me schedule the appointment because only Patty or Gabby know the doctor’s schedule. I was told they will call me back. I waited that day for a return call, but they never did. I called the office again and told me Patty and Gabby already left and will be back Monday 10/22/18. Instead of calling, went to the clinic on Monday but unfortunately, Patty and Gabby was in the surgery room again and the front desk, cannot schedule the appointment and the assistants will call me back. Waited for the call. Nothing. I called in the afternoon and was told Patty and Gabby was in the surgery room again and they will be in the office until 4:30 PM, and they will call me after the surgery. Waited again. Called at 4:15PM, and still Patty and Gabby was still in the surgery room. As of today, Thursday, 10/25/18 I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK FROM THEM! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE.

Receptionist was ok. Nurse was really compasionate and helpfull. Doctor Stacy Tarradath WAS HORRIBLE! I tried to explain to her that I've been having this problem since my early teenage years (i am 36 now) and that I always knew how to make it better but this time nothing was working. So there must something different this time, RIGHT?All she did was making me feel stupid talking over me, explaining everything I already know (remember ive been dealing with this for years now) She didn't give me anything for the pain and just told me to go see my doctor so he could send me to see anespecialist ..... What part of "URGENT" they missed, if my case was not urgent i would wait to see my doctor. So, there WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

Great new office, polite staff and informational doctors. I will definitely be coming back to this urgent care center in case of emergency.

Urgent Care Centers should be open when the regular Drs. offices aren't. Sundays are prime examples of this.
