Attempted to go here for a medical evaluation for a respiratory illness. Was told 2 times by 2 different secretaries that the visit would cost $800+ just to be seen by an urgent care physician without health insurance. Both secretaries gave me directions to a location across the river telling me it would be more affordable there. I fully appreciate the fact that your staff has concern for my financial status, but it is a problem that your "urgent care" is actively turning people away purely due to money. $800 for an urgent care visit is blasphemy, and your staff knows it well enough to tell paying customers to leave instead of using your service.

I have quite literally never written a negative review in my life but am floored by my experience at this urgent care. I injured my foot on Saturday and went to the urgent care on Sunday to have it looked at. They told me it was likely tendonitis but took an x-ray just to be sure. They sent a prescription to my pharmacy in the interim to treat the probable tendonitis. All of this was fine, nothing unusual (although my pharmacy has yet to receive the prescription). So far, so good. Just needed to wait for the results which I was fine doing.

I have now been trying to get in contact with the urgent care for 3 days regarding my test results. I have quite literally called the urgent care 14 times in the past 2 days, all attempts went unanswered where the line rang off the hook.

Here is the kicker. The office called my mother on Sunday stating that my x-ray results are ready and that a prescription was sent to my pharmacy. This has been an ongoing issue at this urgent care where I have requested to have my number and address changed. They keep citing my mom’s phone number as the primary and my home address from where I lived 15 years ago. I am 27 years old and my parents are not privy to my medical records. All attempts to have the phone number and address changed have done nothing and she proceeds to be contacted instead of me. Because of this, my mom was disclosed to the fact I had an x-ray done which I did not want, and I continue to still not have my test results at this time.

My first time at this urgent care 6 months ago went well after they helped me with a sprained ankle (this was the first time I made an attempt to have the information changed), but it has been completely overshadowed by this experience.

The staff was so rude, I can not stress this enough. An old man had to ask three different workers to assist a patient who could not walk. After the old man proceeded to ask for the help the staff member said he could not get up and help him. Not to mention, my grandma had an appointment and she does not speak English well so she asked a question and the front desk looked at her like she was crazy. This is a terrible location where healthcare should not be provided. Get rid of them all the staff here is disgraceful and unprofessional.

I can not say thank you enough to the staff and the facility for being open on Christmas day. I booked an appointment online and was seen quickly. The on call staff were all very warm and understanding even though it was Christmas and I'm sure they'd rather be with their family and friends. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it was very confusing the layout of the facility. The front of the building was locked and there was no signs (that I could see) on where to go to get in. However, once I found a door that would open we were in easily.

From a very appreciative mom to the staff of optum, thank you.

Made my appt with the wrong urgent care. Was seen in minutes, anyway. I was given a covid test, 4 chest x rays, a breathing treatment , a diagnosis and 4 rx all within an hour. Can't thank these folks enough. Very busy place and it runs like clockwork.Thanks again.

I didn't receive care here so my review is just based on walking in to inquire about a dog bite. Do yourself a favor and don't come here; drive up the road to Excel Urgent Care.

I asked the self pay cost and the woman behind the counter (Tues evening, 1/21/25) was short and unhelpful, saying it could be up to $700-1000, justifying that with, "I'm just being upfront." She didn't bother to even ask for my insurance card to see whether they would accept it.. I literally had an infected wound and just needed a prescription for antibiotics. She showed no empathy at all, told me she didn't have anything for an hour and basically shoo'd me away. Incredibly inconsiderate and disrespectful!

10/10 would NOT recommend coming here.

Came to this urgent care twice and they are professional and prompt. They gave me a timeframe on when they will see me and within 5 minutes of that time I was seen. Once they saw me the check up was quick. They sent me to radiology and I waited for about 2 minutes. The x-ray took about one minute and they also sent the prescription to my local pharmacy as soon as I left. Definitely the quickest doctor check up and x-ray I’ve had done. Would recommend coming here!
