I DO NOT RECOMMEND To be honest I usually never leave a review. This office used to be great 5 years ago. They are constantly making mistakes and no ever takes responsibility . I made an appointment with the front desk last time I was there with my son 3 months prior to his appointment, they called me 5 days before the appointment to notify me that the doctor doesn't see kids a 13 year old. I miss Dr Sosian she was the best doctor ever and now that shes gone. I can't tolerate the mistakes the office constantly makes. They have lost 5 in my family and I will not recommend them again.

Dr. Sosoian is thorough and definitive about diagnoses and generally accurate although I have seen a PA most of the time when actually getting in for an appt. I have been a patient of hers since 2008. Over the past 1.5 yrs, I was denied an appt 5 TIMES within that time period, even though I have a great PPO insurance plan. I am in my late 50's and I do have a few medical issues. I had to resort to an urgent care each time. I submitted a yearly blood test to her in Jan 2020 and still no appt, but rather prescribed a medication I had never taken in the past with no explanation.. I called my pharmacy today and they said Dr. Sosoian refused a refill of my medication that I have been taking for 20 years because she had not seen me. My yearly physical in March was changed because of Covid and rescheduled out till August this year. I FINALLY got a virtual appt for Monday (today is Thursday) and I cannot wait until Monday for my antidepressant refill. I will be going to urgent care AGAIN and looking for a Primary Care Dr. that can actually see me when I am sick. This is totally unacceptable, and I will never return to this office.

Pot service doctors specially doctor Gururaja they put you out of work but will NOT put you on disability. I have major back pains. So he sets me up with a specialist having to wait about two weeks no pay. I go see the specialist and he says you’re primary doctor will handle you’re disability. But wrong my doctor straight out tells me I do t deal with that you have to find you’re self another doctor. I am doing everything in my powers to report and get him off the plan. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR.

Extremely uncomfortable office visits..the staff with the exception of the receptionist is a bit robotic. Nurse appointment waiting time for high blood pressure readings is so long..my last wait was over 30 minutes and by then I had to leave..my anxiety level was so high..not to mention what my blood pressure might have been..

Dr. Sosian herself is a lovely lady but I found her asking if a trainee could sit in on my blood pressure appointment was an unwise decision..especially since my first reading wad indeed HIGH..I got so nervous that I cried..but couldn't say no to the trainee who was also a lovely lady..

Bottom line..TOO MUCH DRAMA in this thatgOFFICE FOR ME..I am 68 years old..female..

I have departed from this physicians care..

Will keep y'all posted on my next visit when I need it this year with DR. JOSEPH D CHAMBERS..

I no longer live locally to this office and I was needing help with some medication and they would not help me unless I came in. I live three hours away now and that was no longer possible but because it was no longer possible I cannot get my medication.

I have healthcare partners and Optum my whole life and this is the worst service I’ve ever received with no regard to patients needs

The best description is their title health care because not only do they show that they care but the follow up on your health check up is extraordinary. I was treated with respect and courtesy.
