NP Suzanne Moore is amazing. Her bedside manner is top tier, she listens and makes you feel heard. It’s rare to have good experiences with medical providers these days however, I was highly impressed by her.

I was Finally feeling good about my medical group. I always feel when I'm just getting the hang of things everything changes. Now Beaver is Optum. I really like that the X-rays, bloodwork etc was done at the same place I saw my doctor. I have been past around for the 7 years I have lived here. But I finally got lucky. Dr. Soliman is wonderful. He is easy to talk to. He listens. If he thinks I'm on the right track & things are working he is not so set in his ways and I continue. If he feels he has a better solution he speaks to me so that I hear him. He also will be patient & explain things so that I do know why & what the course of action is. I love that he is so knowledgeable & open minded. He does not come off as an arrogant, know it all doctor. With no need for me, the patient to have much input. Make an appointment for more of the same if you can get in in 3 or 4 months.
Dr Soliman remembers you. He explains what is going on & why. He has more than one plan and suggestions for what may help. He is not a push over. If there is a problem he shows his concern & looks you in the eye and tells you to get serious. But there are no guilt trips. He does not try to make me a vegetarian etc. He is willing to work on what you really have problems with & can factor in the test results as well as what he learns from his patient. He has another way to go at a problem, if need be. He doesn't make you feel like that's just how it is. Live with it. See you 4 more of the same in 3. It's easy to get in touch with him. He does get back to you. I have terrible insomnia. I always have. We tried all the things he knew & everything I have tried. I wish I could still have the 5 to 7 valium each month like I have had since I was 12, He believes me that I am and have always dealt with more than normal anxiety. He prescribed something maybe similar to Valium. Not the same effect. Valium also will make it possible for me to shut off and finally sleep. The last time I saw him he prescribed me something that he told me to take everyday. Not just when I had not slept for 3 days. He found a solution that allows me about 4 hours of sleep every night. And sometimes 5 hours a couple of times a week. I don't even get to tell him. Because after I finally had a good doctor for a whole year, he has left Optum. I am really unhappy about it. What was it about Optum that made Dr Soleman leave? I am actually quite upset about it. I have not gone back to the doctor's since March. I just got a letter in the mail telling me I have a new doctor that will be taking care of me. I can't find 1 word about this new doctor. Also now that I am looking, there are more than 10 doctors with 1 *or 0*. I do like my office & the way it is run. I think the front desk, X-ray tecnitions, etc. are all personable & have answers about the ins & outs of things. I have had 1 physicians assistant that I would go back to if I could, but she has a full patient roster. I am not happy that there doesn't seem to be enough good doctors. & that you have to settle for less. Why did Doctor Mina Soleman leave❓
I think as happy as I am with the optum facility, I am going to have to change my insurance so I can go to Dr. Mina. I don't want another 6 years of different doctors that I am always starting from the beginning with. Or that won't leave what works alone. I finally had my hip replaced. My rheumatoid arthritis is better & maybe my sleeping problem is getting better. The new doctor will need to be persuaded or I will just have to try their way. We will never find out how to stop these lines on my face. Or my body from sagging into this old unrecognizable person I am becoming. JK.
It's hard to grow old gracefully. And doctor Soliman was helping me with things I have problems with. He was on top of my new problem. It will take another year, if ever, to get to know another Dr.
Dr. Soliman is smart & kind. He is uplifting with a positive attitude. He will let you know this is serious. & Apply yourself,

Dr. Pulido pediatrics is my children’s Dr since my youngest was born ! And now my oldest. She is amazing she always makes sure to get my kids referred to the proper drs when required She doesn’t play around when it comes to the kids she truly loves her job and we love her ! She’s straight forward to the point and very understanding. She will get my kids in right away sometimes same day when I call in with a concern They have always been amazing when canceling appointments the next one isn’t even a week later ! So no big deal. The nurses are amazing. There’s this one nurse she wears glasses at the front and she is amazing and remembers our little ones. Bless her heart and Dr pulido 💙

Tried to confirm an appointment with my wife's specialist, but was told to leave contact info for a call back within 24 hours. Didn't get the call back. Called Optum and used the automated phone tree to get to what seemed like the correct department, but no luck. Communicating with Beaver Medical was straight forward. Since Optum assumed management responsibility it is a torture!

If I could give zero I would. No star deserved. My daughters 16 been with beaver entire life this place took over n dr quit they dropped my daughter n refuse to see or accept her back and gave no notice at all. Thanks for the troubles optum.

Having started with Beaver 16 years ago, and going through 6 physicians, it is such a disappointment to lose Dr. Soliman - Another attentive physician willing to listen, since we as patients, know ourselves the best. I moved my entire family ages 10-49 to him only to watch him walk out the door. This time I am not sticking around to watch more walk with OPTUM at the helm. Huge loss with Dr. Soliman leaving!

I've had 6 different Doctors since Covid started. Optum isn't any better than Beaver Medical was. They must not pay their Doctors good. Because two of my doctors were very young and the left Optum. Just an Update 06/20/2024, I had to move on from this place another Doctor of mine quit. So I'm going to try Yucaipa Redlands medical group. Then when the year over I'm going to Loma Linda University through my job. I don't mean to shame this place, but it feels like something is seriously wrong with this place, well Optum in general.

Yucaipa Optum Office has a very professional staff. They have very courteous receptionists when u walk in. They check u in promptly. The nurses are friendly and professional. Most of all, the doctors at this location are fenominal. One physician especially stands out, Dr. Mina Soliman. He is an exceptional physician who listens to u about ur concerns and addresses them. He has NEVER criticized me about any of my ailments. His nurses are always available either by phone or in person and they make u feel at ease. Dr. Soliman is definitely an asset to Optum! Without him, I don't know if I'd go back to the Yucaipa Office. PLEASE hang on to everyone whom u employ at the Yucaipa Office.
