Recently taken over by two consecutive health care Conglomerates. Phone service is exceptionally spotty. Very very difficult to make an appointment. Tried over the last two days, only receive a recorded message to wait for them to answer. Just remain on hold and never answered.

At one time it was a simple matter to make an appointment. Now it is a pathetic process. A Medical provider or the Big Company should take the ongoing health of their patients more seriously. This has now turned into seriously deficient organization. I Plan to locate a responsible health care provider.

Lobby full of people and approximately a 2 hour wait per receptionist. Came here for 1 thing, but after 2 hours I'll probably pick up another one. Asked the receptionist if they can call me approximately 10-15 mins prior to when I'll be seen so that I can wait outside, but was told that it would be unfair to other patients. Not sure how since 9 out of 10 people own a cell phone but I guess that's what I get for asking someone to do an "extra mile" by making a 20 second phone call. And my primary care physician does not have any available appointments for another 3 weeks. What happened to Healthcare Partners these past couple of years?!

Drove to their Indian Hills location that was closed with no notification on web site or sign. Multiple staff told me they didn’t think it was necessary to post closure on web site. While I was here, I met other people who had to drive to both locations due to no closure notification.
From Indian Hills I drive all the way to this location only to find out they do not have flu tests due to management cost decision. They said if I want flu test I should have gone to the Emergency Room.
Other urgent cares have flu tests.
My doctor prescribed three medications since he wasn’t sure what I have he thought I should just take them all.
I was very disappointed with this “medical care”

Great place! I went on a Saturday at around 7pm & I was the only one there. Everyone was nice & efficient. Having to go to Urgent Care can be stressful, but this place takes care if you well. Thank you!

If there's a zero I would chose it. I won't refer this place to anyone. Before coming here I called my insurance to make sure they will accept my insurance. When I got to the reception I was told they don't accept Aetna HMO so I went and called my insurance who confirmed twice that they are in my network and should accept me. I was in a car accident last Sunday and currently in pain but they don't want to accept me. Without checking their system they told me they cannot accept my insurance and I have to sign a waiver even after they talked with someone from my insurance confirming my eligibility. They want my insurance to fax for my eligibility which will take some time. So for anyone reading this, go somewhere else.

This is By far the Worst place for Care ! Starting from receptionist, to Dr Armen Karapetyan who is just Rude , Impolite and doesn’t really want to treat you and really doesn’t care about patients! And doesn’t really wanna work there
