This place took my dental anxiety and quieted it with ease. Dr. Gupta and the staff are professional, friendly, efficient and have great senses of humor. They made me feel like I was truly being taken care of. They provided great aftercare instructions, followup contacts for questions, and a great network of other dental professionals offering services they may not have at this location.

The facility is insanely clean and easy to navigate. You're not pressured into purchasing services you may not need. Consultations are taken seriously, but not so seriously that you feel a sense of dread.

These folks tell you exactly what needs to be done without any emotional or intellectual manipulation. They treat you with respect and honor what course of treatment is best for you as they work through it with you.

They also value questions, and don't exploit your anxieties or fears. Highly recommended!

Dr. Gupta and the entire staff are friendly, knowledgeable, punctual and really make you feel comfortable during your appointments. I recently went in for an extraction and Dr. Gupta and his staff made sure my procedure went as smoothly as possible.I had no pain at all and healed up perfectly. I have been to Fitchburg Dentistry and Braces twice, once for a cleaning, and once for fillings. Both the hygienists and dentist have been kind, professional and compassionate. I hadnt been to the dentist in nearly 5 years and I was nervous, but I had no reason to be. I was talked through every step of the cleaning and felt much better after.

The office is clean and welcoming and all the staff is friendly. This will be my dentist for a very long time.

Paige and Tatiana are absolute gems! This office is very beautiful on the inside and well-maintained. The oral surgeon has availability to do same-day treatment. If you’re looking for extractions, implants or biopsies, then look no further.
