The staff is very pleasant, and the office is neat and clean.
I've been seeing Dr. Devaney for years. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, and provides excellent care. He always takes the time to listen and explain everything. I couldn't ask for a better doctor and office. Highly recommended.

I wish there was an option to leave ZERO stars. My husband has been a patient here for most of his life. He only gets physicals, and has hardly ever had to call on a doctor here for any acute situations. He developed severe neck pain over three weeks ago and has been getting worse ever since. He called yesterday three times. Was hung up on and then sent to voicemail the other two times. He also called and left another message this morning, with no return phone call. He went in there today after work, in person and was treated like he was a bother. He just wanted an appointment. They “squeezed” him in, and he was treated like less than a human being. Not like he has been a patient for 20+ years. The PA Theodore Holroyd was rude and dismissive and everything you would not want in a doctor or medical professional. He had no thoughts, no tips, no encouragement …he just said, “what do you want” in a hurried and crass tone.
For this PA, I have one question, why be in the business of caring for human beings and helping them when it is clear that you see them as an annoyance and a bother. Shame on you. Shame on this office for being so unprofessional and shady.

Truly the best medical practice ever. My family and I have been with Orchard Medical for almost 30 years. Not many people can say that about a Medical Practice nowadays. Truly the best experience I have ever had concerning my health and health issues.

If you are looking to become a new patient at this office, don’t bother. I called TWO weeks ago to schedule a new patient appointment and was immediately asked, “Did you fill the form out online yet?” I answered no. So I was instructed to go online, fill out their new patient form, and then I would be in the queue for them to call me. I thought that was silly that I couldn’t even make an appointment on the phone and that I had to hang up, fill the form out, and then wait to be called back. The girl was nice though and explained that they were pretty caught up so should be able to get to me pretty quickly. I let her know that I was going to hang up and submit the form as soon as we were off the phone. It’s now been two weeks and no call so I scheduled an appointment elsewhere at this point. It’s a shame because I heard good things about them, but they obviously don’t need the new patients.

UPDATE…
These are accurate facts

This facility gave me a HMO referral to a non HMO network facility that could have caused me to incur thousands of dollars of charges I personally would need to pay, not insurance. A primary doctor is to manage your medical needs within the network. Clearly didn’t happen here.

This facility had documented in my medical file inaccurate information and would not correct it. The information is nothing I said or is / was true.

This facility will not acknowledge the side effects from medication they prescribed. It has been confirmed by discontinuing the medication.

Every single comment concerning the office manager’s lack of any customer service skills is spot on. This experience will not help your overall health. The main concern is getting payment before you even step in the building. If not then, before you see anyone. They want to store that information on file. Really? the customer service I received, I would never give them control of any method of payment!

Update. Just reviewed the notes from my visit. Absolutely not accurate as to what was said during that visit. No confidence in this office to provide any assistance if they can’t even document your issues.

When ever I call (if anyone actually answers) they are extremely rude and can never find my information. I call to just ask a question and all I get back is someone who isn't willing to help and acts like they are being bothered. will be changing my provider due to them never answering the phone.

I've been going to Orchard for probably 4 years with Dr. Soifer as my primary. I love the small practice feel, nothing fancy, but always good care and service. Their nurses and support staff are always professional and friendly.

They created very interesting and good protocols during Covid to address patient concerns. Their patient portal is good for documentation retrieval, although I am tired of portals at every single specialist and dentist and eye doctor etc. I wish the medical systems could all get in one system with one username and one password.

I actually enjoy my yearly physicals with Dr. Sooner because she takes time to listen to every single concern and we try to solve it together as a team. I've never been happier with a primary. She's an advocate of seeing specialists so as to not overstep her expertise and except for one recommendation, I've been happy with the doctor to whom they have referred me.
