I have been a patient of Orleans medical since childhood, 30 plus years. Every doctor and nurse practitioner at this practice is kind, concerned and listened. My entire family is cared for by orleans medical. From grandparents to new borns. I have never felt more taken care of than when I am in their office! They go way above and beyond and have a true human connection with their patients! I know my parents, myself and my children are in the best hands with all the staff.

Incredibly grateful that my husband and I were able to get in as patients. Dr. Daggett and team are efficient, compassionate, and thorough, and they listen. This is essentially the complete list of all I require in a medical team. 100% recommend.

I wish that I wasn’t so disrespected by the desk staff EVERY TIME I CALL. This has been an issue here since I’ve been a patient (almost 15 years). Please consider finding empathetic front desk employees, these are your patient’s first point of contact with your practice. I personally work in this exact position in a specialists office and I NEVER treat my patients with such a cold dismissive attitude, even on the most challenging calls. I’m truly so disappointed this is apparently the level of professionalism they strive for and they have no intention of changing. I like my provider just fine but the support staff leaves me feeling worse after I call, in fact I end up in tears more often than not because I feel so invalidated. From when I found out I was pregnant and called to make an appointment (I was first time mom, with no idea what I was supposed to do) 5 years ago, to a call today inquiring about an appointment and being met with a scoff and told to go to urgent care (I want an appointment with MY provider. Do you truly think that I have zero brain cells and didn’t consider urgent care was a option prior to calling and trying to make an appointment here?) It’s disgusting the level of disrespect I’m repeatedly treated with. If there were any other options on the Cape that didn’t take three years to get into, I would honestly consider moving to another practice solely because of how callous the administrative staff is at Orleans medical center.

I was pleased to find Orleans Medical after moving to the Cape. I find the staff highly competent, professional, and responsive. I was disappointed when my doctor relocated for family reasons but am quite happy with the PA I am now seeing and found the transition smooth. When my insurance decided not to cover one of my medications, the staff went to the mat helping me successfully resolving the dispute. The practice has distinguished itself from less satisfactory offices I have dealt with in the past.

I just had the most pleasant experience dealing with Jennifer. What an organized and pleasant young woman. It's nice to see a capable and CARING person helping people..it's not a regular occurrence these days unfortunately. Kudos to this young lady, and the practice that has
the good sense to have her!!

Don't waste your time. Keep moving and keep looking for a good practice. These people schedule appointments and then when something is wrong with your insurance (not your fault) suddenly they don't care and you're just a number on a paper and too bad about seeing the doctor that wanted to see you so bad for a follow up.. apparently they just want your money. The office is a joke. The women at the desk have the snobbiest, worse attitudes that I've ever seen in a doctor's office. I've had a lot of doctors, having moved around a lot and this is, by far, the worst doctor's office that I have ever been to. They will treat you like dirt. Thank God I never have to see those rude faces again. If you like people who are snotty and treat you like garbage, this place is for you. If you believe in respect and integrity, keep it moving. This place is a sham. Full of clowns in the office. Doctor was okay but the type that forces pills down your throat. Again, respect is important in a healthcare provider. It is not a good environment and the worst place that I have ever been and the worst that I've ever been treated by "professionals" in my entire life.

Very disappointed in how I was treated. Saw someone there twice and was not comfortable with her. They said I could change to a new doctor who was taking new patients. Made an appointment and on the day of my appointment they called and said I couldn't see her and would have to stay with the person I didn't feel right with. They made an excuse that the new doctor wasn't taking new patients even though I had my appointment for over two months in advance. Felt disrespected and as if patients feelings about connecting with a practioner didn't matter. Moving on to another practice.

STAY AWAY from this practice---constantly losing its staff. Mediocre doctor who then left. Then went to a NP who then left (this is all in the space of a few months). Practice then said they could no longer accommodate me as a patient with their one remaining Dr. and NP. Then told to come in immediately for a last day with the NP who was leaving just to renew prescriptions (even though I had just been there with the NP a few months prior.) Had to change my entire schedule to get to the NP a few days before she left. Then practice charged hundreds of dollars for that two minute appt. just to renew prescriptions which was completely unnecessary for me (but they claimed had to be done as they could no longer offer me medical care--since their practitioners keep leaving). In summary the Dr. who left was very mediocre and then left, NP mediocre and then left....and I am left with a charge for an unnecessary 2 minute visit to renew prescriptions (which I asked to do by phone and they refused--and I did not need new prescriptions for another half year)...My insurance won't pay for this extra visit for prescriptions I didn't need as it had not been a year. STEER CLEAR of this practice -worst I have every seen and I am 66 years old. If I could give this practice zero stars I would. I am about to contact the state medical review board of MA
