DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

The past three appointments I have been to they did not have my chart. The appointment previously they did not have my correct retainer which I had called in advance to make sure that they had. I called ahead of time to make sure because I live two and a half hours away, which is a five hour drive there and back. When confronted their response was " Our bad". Then I decided to switch to the office in Davie FL in hopes of a better office and not as far of a drive. It has been 2 weeks since I personally went into the Vero office and asked to transfer, signed the papers, and told them that I was transferring to the Davie office. I explained to them that I did not live in Vero anymore and that the drives were too much. After calling 4 days in a row I finally got a call back from Brenda who was at the front desk when I filled out my transfer paperwork. They sent all of my files to my address in Sebastian. I DO NOT live in Sebastian/ Vero anymore and that was the main reason I transferred. I am currently still waiting for my paperwork......

Went above and beyond to help us out! We are visiting from Pennsylvania and my daughter ended up with a wire issue. They saw her immediately and solved the problem with a smile! Such a kind thing to do!!! Office was extremely clean and the staff could not have been nicer. Reaffirmed our faith in southern hospitality.

Love my Orthodontist! Can't say enough good things about the staff and Dr. Chisari. I go to the location in Palm Bay. This is my 2nd time around with braces, had them at 15 and now in my 40's. My teeth are beautiful & straight again! A lesson to wear your retainers. 🙂 Many thanks for being so wonderful! I would recommend them to anyone I know looking to improve their smile.
