Dr. Sidney Jones was my third opinion when it came to my son's shoulder. I am so glad I was persistent in finding the right surgeon, Dr. Sidney jones is the right surgeon 100 percent! He listens to and addresses all of your concerns. His bed side manner is second to none. He really knows his stuff and respects his patients. Not only is he amazing but so is his medical assistant and 100 percent of the staff at this location. It has been a great experience all around in a very stressful time, when honestly other locations made us feel like they just didn't care. My son had a scary medical emergency and this is the only place that acknowledged the importance of the situation. I recommend them 10/10 to anyone! 🙂

The front desk was unbelievably rude to my husband when he showed up for his appointment today. They refused the appointment that we had scheduled a month ago (and which they had already forced us to reschedule once). Despite having his own insurance and trying to fund the appointment with it, the words "workman's comp" were uttered and he was essentially told to leave. They offered no recourse or alternative. This extended his time off work. All he needed was an assessment by a specialist and documentation so he could return to work. Don't go here if you want to be treated like a human.

My doctor with OANC has been a real blessing. I required "TOTAL RIGHT KNEE REPLACEMENT SURGERY " this past April and my experience with Dr. Sydney Jones has been a great experience. My knee is WONDERFUL and totally pain free now ‼️ I'm so happy with my results that I'm having my left knee 11/'23 and then pain free ❗️

I have always had a very positive experience with this medical facility. Both on the phone and in person, the ENTIRE staff have been helpful, friendly, polite and professional. They always take any time necessary to address your needs. They truly care about you as a patient. My experience with Dr. Leonard Brazil and Zinnie and Dr. Phillip Jones and Susanna has been especially great and appreciated.
They run a very organized and efficient office. The wait times are very minimal and always on time. From the doctors to the medical assistants to the office personnel; everyone is a 5-star rating! They go above and beyond normal expectations.

I have been seeing Dr. Sidney Jones for a few years and he is great. He really listens to me and keeps investigating a problem until a solution is found. He keeps my knee arthritis in check when it flares up, and the surgery he performed for a torn meniscus in one knee was successful and quick to heal. The staff is pleasant and efficient as well. I highly recommend this practice.

I was knew to the office and they waited on my to check-in just as soon as they could which was not long. I waited to see the doctor about 5 minutes then they called my name. Each and every person who worked there was very courteous personable and patient. The doctor came in after about 5 minutes of waiting and he was kind direct on what he thought was best and explain everything to me so I understood exactly what he was saying All in all I am going to be happy here, Everyone was very NICE.

My doctor was great, the front office staff was good.

I didn't have problems until I had to have some imaging done. There was a ton of miscommunication. I was told one thing by 6 different people over a course of a week, only to show up for my procedure to be told that everything I had been told was incorrect. We left and will be doing my images elsewhere. I was beyond frustrated.

So here I am 6 weeks post injury and still don't have an answer as to what is wrong due to their terrible communication and office policies.
