My son received the worst care/treatment ever from here. First they started off nice, but it was all a facade. Shortly after came the lies they said he’d get massage therapy & he never did. One nurse arrived at my home & sat in her car watching videos. Once I started filing complaints to the head of Overlook & others. Things got worse & in retaliation the head told the nurses to only schedule my son where they could show up anytime between 12pm-2pm & they’d intentionally show up late around (3pm 3:30pm) When they’d leave they would sit in my driveway in their vehicles for an hour or longer to get paid for all those hours. When my sons visits were no longer than 10 minutes. Yet all their other clients get a specific scheduled visit none get a two hour time frame. I even had to file complaints to Medicare & Masshealth. I hate this place & I do NOT recommend it to anyone.

It is SOOOO refreshing to deal with an organization that has only sent to my home two caring and competent Nurses, one Occupational Therapist & one Physical Therapist! After spending two weeks in the hospital, then two weeks in a Rehab where I literally was advocating for my life, due to incompetence (not abuse or neglect) 24/7, it has been a pleasure to have these kind and genuinely caring folks enter my home. They all have had two to three decades of experience in their chosen field. They didn't get their licenses through any online acreditation classes. Most of the Nurses in Rehab who got their licenses online, were devoid of basic medical knowledge, it was quite scary. The Overlook folks are truly a breathe of fresh air.
As an active Freemason, I am so glad to receive such professional care which is associated with the Masonic home named, "The Overlook" located in Charlton, MA. My caregivers are through the Sunderland office, because I live in Belchertown.

My home care, compared to multiple different agencies has been unbelievable! I feel cared for, they look after you in such a respectable and professional yet loving way, I am so grateful for my care team!!

I have had overlook twice first in 2016 and my experience was a 5 and a few weeks ago I made the worst decision ever and asked for you guy's my nurse was the worst I have ever had I had 3 different vna nurses all but my case managers were great hope you actually read these comments because I know some of them wrote comments to you I do not feel safe and there is one person to blame.
