They really need to educate their staff on the equipment that they're providing for people. It's very unsettling to call and someone does not know the answer nor unwilling to get the answer for you when in fact they are the one providing these life-saving machines for family members that you love so much. They should care a little bit less about the money and a little bit more about the patient. I did speak with the owner of the company. He seemed a little pleasant but seemed like he was trying to talk to me with authoritarian. After explaining the situation he was trying to chalk it up to a misunderstanding and let me tell you there was no misunderstanding. It was pure unwillingness to help. The fact of the matter is I called their competitor, the oxygen store and they were able to help me with finding the parameters for the machine that Mid-City provided you would think Mid-City would provide you with those parameters rather than to go to that competitor. The oxygen store said that they would be more than happy to provide all the oxygen I need. Also the owner seemed to just talk over me. I thought I was the one with the complaint. He kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain to him what was going on that tells me he really doesn't care about what I have to say. He's just trying to put this issue to rest at some point. That's when you turn to social media and you let everybody know who and what they are. Unfortunately for the VA you might be stuck using this company. But don't forget you can go to the oxygen store for better service. Are they also handle VA patients

Stopped by the Glendale store earlier this week. Had a problem with my Inogen One G5. Leo helped me out & said he could make the repair & also told me about a special on the Inogen Rove 6. I got the Rove 6 at a reasonable price. This was my third time in the store & Leo has always been very helpful & informative. Thanks Leo.

An very good business to deal with. My salesman Tim went above and beyond his duties and even communicated with me on his day off. I ordered the inogen 5 and received it the next day and no shipping charges. If your going to purchase a oxygen concentrator purchase it here....great service!

I found out we needed a new oxygen concentrator car charger right before we left on a trip. Tim stayed open til we could drive from Ahwatukee to Glendale. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about my portable oxygen concentrator! We can't believe our luck. Tim saved our trip! Thank you so much for being cool headed when we were panicking. 🙂
