The worst customer service by a professional business I have experienced! From the manager Gwen, 2 customer service. If you contact this company and you don't receive a satisfactory result quickly I recommend canceling and going somewhere else you will save a lot of time. Remember this is for your health and well-being. I've waited 2 months for a device and all I received on my inquiry calls were apologies and "we're going to get to the bottom of it." Unfortunately, I could not give this star rating a zero. If you decide to go with them GOOD LUCK

Had this hoyer lift, now going on almost 2 years. The machine itself works GREAT, but the rivet that holds the lift handle in place continues to rattle itself loose, since new. Oxy has sent me to voicemail for the last month, every time I call.

Earlier this afternoon, I asked to speak with the store's manager. I was put on hold for nearly 20 minutes, simply to be sent to voicemail YET AGAIN! None of my messages/calls are ever returned, and especially since I'm getting ready to travel, I need my equipment fixed.

They know that we're dependent on them, and they're giving us REALLY BAD customer service in return! :-\

Customer service is absolutely terrible. It took almost two months for the machine to arrive and delivery to be scheduled. I finally receive a delivery date. I'm given a window of 1-4. The driver calls. I didn't catch the call in time. I call the driver right back not even a minute later and get no answer. The office calls over an hour later telling me the driver said he couldn't reach me. I explained what happened. He tells me he'll take care of it and call me back. Another hour passed and still no call.
I call them AGAIN and I'm told the driver is going to call me. I explain now to a different operator who says she'll call the driver abd cal me back. I'm beyond frustrated with this company. However, the operations manager has been very accomodating in trying to help me get the issue resolved.

Worst possible Customer Service. Been over a Month since Medical Equipment was authorized yet this facility doesn't know whats going on. Multiple calls to confirm are just a waste of time when they can't even check a Customers name. "Workers" here need some serious training to even function on the basic levels of normal responsibility. Absolutely horrible "help" when asked for a Supervisor.

Save the headaches and just go personally and TRY and get something done otherwise you'll be wasting your Time,Breath and Patience.

Great and awesome service....this is the 2nd time Enrique helps me with 2 things I have buy in here!!!! First time was back in 2018! 100% satisfied and this year 2020 will be another 100% satisfaction warranty!!why because first I call and the waiting was minimal!!! The other is because thanks to the business being open specially in this hard times where nobody wants to risk due to this virus they come and open!!! I do have to consider the i most come with time! And be patience! The other one is that they are also short and stuff but willing to help you if you don't mind to wait..I have no issues with anything else!!! But thankful to have this business open running!!!! To help and whatever they can!!!!

Enrique makes the health world turn!

I have a CPAP machine and I was lucky enough to find someone who not only could help me find the parts, but understood my health plan enough to give me the advice I needed to get it fixed.

During such a difficult time devices such as this can apparently make the difference for many, if you have any sort of impairment for mobility this is the place to go to they have wheelchairs walking assistance and all sorts of wonderful things to improve mobility for seniors, and those with other challenges.

The store had many things in inventory but another thing that they had were masks and gloves. I found the masks reasonably priced for $2.00

Anybody curious about respiratory aids, mobility enhancing devices, and general health improvement needs to come to the store.

they have all sorts of wonderful devices for men and women facing challenges from aging, and debilitating conditions.

The customer service was fantastic despite the challenges in this most difficult time.

They are very unptofessional and inadequate. I have been waiting for my mom's equipment for the last 2 months and they still can't get it for her. They don't follow up with the authorization they recieve. The girl who answers the phone is very rude and inconsiderate. I have been doing their job for them for the last 2 months, calling the insurance company, calling the doctor's office to get the prescription and still no result. I dont recommend this company at all.
