My mother had gotten hearing aids somewhere else and when we moved my mother here to live near me, we took her to Ozark Mountain ENT to have her hearing checked. Not only is the ENT fabulous, so is the Audiologist! They both saw that mom's hearing aids were not fitted properly. The Audiologist was able to work on them and send off for new pieces, and now they work perfectly. For the first time in 5 years I was able to have a phone conversation with my mother and she was able to hear me. The office staff is super nice and friendly too.

Had an appointment last of March 2022 and was referred to a physical therapist for positional vertigo. This was through VA community care. When making the appointment at this office I asked the receptionist to please make sure VA community care was aware for their approval. Receptionist said it wasn't necessary and then made a follow-up appointment with their office in September. We'll VA community care had no notice of my physical therapist appointment so I kept getting charged for the visit. Now VA community care shows no follow-up appointment with the ear nose and throat doctor. Heck of a way to run your office and treat a Vietnam Era vet people. CAN NOT recommend this office.

We have brought our daughter her because she haves had 6-7 ear infections and keep getting told she doesn't need tubs even though we say she dose.

My daughter haves had 7 ear infection just to get told she dosnt need tube's and she's 5 years old how dumb is that im glad I'm getting a Second opinion Elsewhere

I hardly ever write reviews, but this one is definitely warranted! Dr. Brawner did a sinus surgery on me yesterday and he did a wonderful job! I am only 1 day post op and I already feel like my quality of life has improved ten fold! I was so uncomfortable and was just getting by day to day. I’ve heard good things about him from everybody I encountered at the hospital and now I can attest to that as well! His nurse, Lindsy is also amazing. I had to call the office several times to ask questions and she always was so kind and made sure to get back to me if she was busy. They made every effort to make me as comfortable as possible and prescribed meds to help ease my symptoms until I got to have my procedure. The office staff are lovely ladies as well! I am so happy that my primary Doc referred me to Dr. Brawner’s office. They are wonderful people and do wonderful work and I can’t thank them enough for giving me my life back! 10/10!!

Very disappointed! I have insurance for hearing aids and OMENT is in their network. My insurance paid 90% of the cost for the hearing aids after network discount. OMENT now wants me to pay the amount my insurance negotiated as a network discount. I am returning the hearing aids and will go somewhere else.
My main question is why belong to an insurance network, and then expect the patient to pay the network discount? I have never been asked to pay a network discount by a provider in my life.

Even though Lindsey stings me, you’re the nicest nurse who’s given me all types of shots, IV inserting and blood drawings! Keep up the friendliness and no one will ever stay scared of you.

Aside from being stingy, you and Jennifer make an amazing team of nurses who works for Dr. Brawner whom I have been with for years. He deserves the best of you two!

As for Dr. Brawner, he’s extremely the best ENT doctor anyone can ask for, hands down!

The receptionist and the administrative associate makes it even more wonderful whenever you check in OR out.

Ozark Mountain ENT is the team to see for your allergies!

Highly recommend anyone who has severe problems with allergies to see them!
