Professional office staff helped us calendar medical equipment for my husband Steve’s knee replacement surgery. Our tech Giovanni was incredible and we give him the highest rating possible. He visited Steve in the hospital and was so kind and calm. The first week after surgery was tough and Giovanni got back to me immediately with all my questions and came out an extra time to help me with how to use the equipment. Give Giovanni a big raise ❌⭕️.

Pre and post surgery wizards!!! In the beginning I was nervous about everything about my surgery, taking to Kari about what I needed (compression shoulder wrap) she made me feel at ease and walked me through the entire process while I had the items for 4 weeks. The tech Angel dropped off the machinery and walked me through how to use it step by step. I asked probably some dumb questions, but he didn't even bat an eye and answered everything. He wanted to make sure I was totally good before he left. One night, one of the hoses was leaking the water. I called the next morning and in a few hours they were at my door with a brand new hose. Didn't miss a beat!! I was so thankful for them, cause my post surgery wouldn't have been the same. Thank you guys. you rock!!!!!!!!!

Great experience working with this company!! Jovany is AWESOME!!! He was available to help when I needed it. I received an error message on the machine the day I came home from surgery...he called back IMMEDIATELY and helped fix it!! Jovany’s customer service is outstanding!! Thank you!!!

On 4-29-22 crystal told me that I did not need any $ upfront to rent cpm/ice compression machine. She said they will bill insurance once picked up machine. I said great. Because few others make me pay upfront and don't work with insurance. She said no worries. At most it would be $200 if insurance does not pick up. But won't know till pick up. I said I don't have $ up-front. . Guess what Cassie tells me 4-30-22 that I have to pay up-front. And might get a refund. Surgery is Monday 9:30am. . Now all medical supply companies closed this wknd. And crystal didn't even relay my personal info adress etc. Obviously this company does not train their employees correctly. And impedes on our medical needs! I could have had my Drs set me up with needed supplies and put on bill. I told them no. Cuz bio pacific was billing insurance. I would not give this company 1 star if I could. Very disappointed in this company. Shame on you!!. So potential renters...make sure you ask is there UPFRONT OUT OF POCKET. And ask 2 people not take 1 persons advise. They LIE!!!! Mike vanderlaan.
