0 stars. Never do business with them. Their billing department is an absolute nightmare. They will lie and make you jump through hundreds of hoops to cancel. … More

Truly one of the absolute worst companies I have ever dealt with for medical supplies and equipment. I have taken care of 11 of my elderly and interacted with multiple medical supply companies over 35 years. I really do have experience dealing with these places. With this company, I have working on my account for over a year with these yahoo's. Over charged. Not charged. Insurance not filed correctly. Refunds not issued. Charged for items not received. Multiple supervisors involved. About 50 different stories involved. They sent supplies when I told them no. Sent supplies back for credit and that took a year because their warehouse was behind in reporting it. Normally you have a choice of a few companies with your insurance. Don't choose this company....run, run, run! They are also know as Adapt Health. Avoid Adapt and Pacific Pulmonary. Oh, and if you want to talk to someone about your account, be prepared to speak with someone that has a very heavy accent or barely speaks English. You can't get anyone to call you back that actually cares about your issues and speaks your language in this country (USA).

Adapt Health continues to be one of the best medical supply companies I have dealt with, Kassie quickly assessed the problem and solved it. I will be using this company for all of my respiratory solutions

Horrible business practices. I was taken to the ER and received a random bill from Pacific Pulmonary Services for $100 on top of the $18,000+ hospital bill, $1345 bill from the treating doctor at the hospital that for some reason wasn't included in the $18,000 hospital bill, ambulance bill and then this random $100 bill. The bill itself did not explain what it was for and when I called to inquire about this the person I spoke with had no clue either. Regardless, I gave them my insurance info (which I am fully covered) and told them where to send the bill. All the other bills were sent there and paid. However, I kept receiving a bill from Pacific Pulmonary Services saying it is "seriously past due." I called my insurance and was notified that they never received anything from Pacific Pulmonary Services to bill them. I again called Pacific Pulmonary Services and advised them that they are not getting a cent from me and that if they want to be paid that they need to bill my insurance. This was on May 21, 2021. I was advised not to worry and that it will be sent to my insurance and that I won't receive another bill. However, I did in fact receive another bill today, June 1, 2021. The bill is dated May 27, 2021 and states that "We have not received payment for the balance shown. We must now make a decision to forward your account to an attorney or collection agency for resolution. It is your responsibility to contact us within 10 days of this letter to prevent your account from being forwarded to an attorney or collection agency. To avoid further action please make payment in full immediately." These people got the wrong person if they think that I will simply pay them $100 so that they stop pestering me. I will not pay something that I do not owe. In fact, I still don't fully understand what this $100 bill is for. Upon investigation it seems like it may be for a neck brace that I was forced to wear for 5 minutes when I was put in the CT scan at the hospital. I did not keep this neck brace and have no clue what happened to it. Regardless, I again called the company upon seeing the bill today. I was told that my balance is zero and not to worry. Out of curiosity I again called my insurance company to see if it was actually paid. I was told that it has not been submitted. This company is clearly attempting to frighten people into paying for things they do not owe. I will fight this bill to the death. It is obvious that they are either attempting to get paid by me and insurance or the bill is complete BS to begin with if they have yet to submit it to my insurance for payment. Why else would they not want to be paid?

From day one the service has been mediocre, not for the machine itself but customer service and your handle on logistics. Every single time a new order is placed for my husband’s supplies we get the exact same call: the insurance is not covering, we need payment to ship the supplies. And EVERY TIME I have to explain that when coverages don’t apply, our health savings account pays for the cost. This has been our method of payment for more than a year, and with every order I have to explain this over and over again. Ive asked numerous operators to make notes for future reference and we always get the same call regardless, only for me to ask that they refer to the previous notes and VOILA there it is and both our time has been wasted.

I regret ever going to this place. I went in July 2020 to get fitted for a machine, the person that helped me was very nice. During the first consultation they make it a requirement to sign up for auto pay. After using the machine for a few months I decided to return it. They continue to bill my insurance and continue to bill my auto pay even though I have talked to 3 different people in billing regarding the cancellation. Each time they tell me it's been taken care of and I will not be charged again. I absolutely hate this company! PLEASE DON'T USE THEM!!! I don't know their company structure but you should avoid Pacific Pulmonary Services and AdaptHealth!

Trouble started middle of 2018 with botched deliveries. Received wrong supplies for CPAP even after they sold the machine to me.
Now we’re getting billed for supplies we never received. Adding insult to injury we are getting bills from PPS and a billing company contractor. PPS never answers the phone and doesn’t return calls ergo you have no way to correct the issues.
I guess we wait until they send collection agency after us then small claims court.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
