Easy in and out! I have been to my share of Urgent cares as a child. As an adult I have been very particular as wait times and the staff make all the difference. Die toy privacy for patients they do have the TV louder than one would expect but I understand the privacy factor. I feel the waiting room is always decorated with the latest holiday and the chairs are clean. Tissues and mask are offered in the waiting room area. The floors appear clean and the magazines up to date.

The other physicians have great bedside manner.I have met 3 of the doctors and they are equally well rounded physicians who are detailed and through. I dislike being sick or needing a doctor but if I need immediate assistance Pacific a urgent scare is my #1 choice. The location is accessible with safe and well lit parking. I like also that it’s about an hour and 10 minutes from sign in to check out just about 97% of the time if not less. We must always allow for some one crazy urgent care patient who might cause a delay. Also during covid my sons asthma flared up and it was this facility that monitored my child and helped us get the medication he needed to heal. I love this place a s all these associated with it.

My first time here was a good experience. Some time later I came here to get my ear quickly checked after getting tinnitus, because I couldn't get an ENT appointment right away. The doctor suggested getting an ear lavage, which I reluctantly tried but stopped almost immediately because it was far too loud. Made my tinnitus worse and it hasn't gotten better. Well, when I did see an ENT eventually they said that there wasn't enough blockage in the ear to even cause tinnitus, so an ear lavage was unnecessary. I get that going to an urgent care center is not the same as going to a specialist, but this place suggested a "treatment" without knowing the risks or whether it was appropriate for my condition in the first place. Made a permanent condition even worse. Thanks for nothing.

We absolutely ADORE Dr. Amer. We have been coming to this urgent care since the pandemic and quickly realized that Dr. Amer is patient, kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. Our three daughters absolutely love Dr. Amer and never mind going to the Dr.'s office if it is with her.

I have been to Pacific Urgent Care a few times over the years. The staff are always professional and friendly. The facility is clean and new and wait times are usually short. Dr. Amer is kind and compassionate and always takes the time to listen address all of my concerns. I will continue to use them in the future. It is not easy to find timely and effective medical services these days but Pacific Urgent Care exceeds all of my expectations.

I do like this urgent care very much and prefer it over St Jude however, you can wait a long time and they do not give any idea of how long you may wait. St Jude does provide the ability to sign in online and wait at home. I really need to see this change at pacific care to keep making it my #1.

Dr.Anne Amer is the very best doctor my family has encountered and we have been coming here for an year. She is always patient (even with my raucious 4YO with whom she takes time to explain everything to), listens well, takes time and is never rude. Once we were seen by a replacement Dr. who was not as good and was freaking out when my kid caughed a bit while being examined (the only possible reason this place would not have a uniform 5 star review). All the staff (front office, nurses etc) are very pleasant and professional as well.

Dr. Anne Amer is fantastic. My wife and I have two boys, and this place has been a home away from home.

Dr. Amer is personable, and she takes the time to make sure you understand what the next steps are. You don't feel rushed.

Such a blessing from God to be able to meet Dr. Amer Anne. Dr. Anne was compassationate, kind, open to listen, and very skilled. Just by her caring attidude toward a patient, brought healing. One of the best doctor I have met. Also, she and the nurses, gave me a call promptly for aftward check up and how I am doing. I have not receid such a care before. I planned come back if I need any urgent care. Fully recommend for any who is sick and need a medical help!!!
