ALMOST every employee here I’ve had a wonderful time talking to, no issues at all, most of them are super nice. But the one lady in the back by the tailor/boot section ALWAYS finds a way to argue with me over the stupidest issues. I kid you not we had a great time in the store today with everyone we talked to, realized we left our yeti mug in the tailor shop that had just closed. We stood at the door knocking, the boot lady comes over and says they’re closed, cool, we aren’t leaving without our cup can you let us in or get them to bring it over for us? We can see they are still there in the back. She continues to say sorry they’re closed but in the most condescending tone. Again, cool, we are going to stand here and knock anyway, it’s an expensive cup and we live on the other side of base and rarely make it down this way. My husband sees the door is open still, he goes to step in to call for someone or just go grab it off the counter because we can see it sitting there and even pointed it out to her. She gets SO upset and is YELLING at us like we are five year olds over a cup we just needed to grab. Over and over again saying “we don’t do that, we don’t do that” instead of just saying “oh you can’t go in there let me grab it for you SINCE THE DOOR IS OPEN. Our fault for leaving it but it would have been so much easier to just GO GRAB THE DAMN CUP. Which is what I eventually said after she stood there yelling at my husband saying the same thing over and over. Her customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE. I mean jeez ! The only reason I’m giving two stars is because everyone else is so nice. But my god that lady is terrible to talk to over anything and this is not the first time I’ve been in a stupid argument with her. Undercover boss would have a field day with her. We were literally walking out smiles on our face when we realized my husband left his cup, after that we were fuming mad at how the situation was handled. Anyway, avoid that lady at any cost. Which is a sad thing to take from this.

Large exchange with decent selections of young adult clothing, ok selection of: sports\tactical\outdoor gear.. friendly staff. Pricing sometimes hard to find, so need to use price checker. Worth a visit when in the area.

The prices and selections aren't all that great. I wear a 1X women's top, none to be found. Wanted a bird feeder and bird bath, you had one feeder and no baths. Wanted to get 3 Murad face products, did not have. I came out there because of the scratch off coupons. I bought nothing and gave the scratch offs away. Found some tops and my bird stuff at Walmart!

Needs more choices for mens clothes and bathroom items. Perfume choice was good but half didn't have spray testers. Ladies that work there were amazing at helping but had to walk a ways to check prices on pole.
