When it comes down to finding a physician for yourself , or even you're family . You need to make sure that you can trust not only the Doctor , but all the staff at the clinic you visit . Padre Family Medicine is the GOLD standard for a true Family Medicine Clinic . My Physician is Dr. Jed Padre, he works alongside his sister is Dr. Diane Padre and they are the face of Padre Family Medicine . The staff is very welcoming , and why wouldn't they be , even their mother Mrs. E. Padre is an RN who also is part of the staff providing a real family environment . When I walked in for my first apt. I had no issues finding parking , the location was close to the freeway (110) . It is in a shopping center that gave me a "safe" feeling about my surroundings . Inside the clinic , the waiting room for patients is clean , comfy, and nice . I was greeted right away by the staff and was checked in for my apt . They make sure to do a great job of social distancing considerations for myself and other patients coming in for their appointments . I just felt so happy to be at "the doctors", Which is something that most people would dread to say . Often times a patient can feel intimated of their physician. Maybe because they don't have the opportunity to really get to know their own doctor. This can be the case in bigger hospital settings. Where the physician is trying to get through their patients for the day often forgetting to make that moment with the patient feel memorable. With Dr. Jed and Diane Padre, I feel catered to, I feel their 100% attention to the effort they are making to care about mine and my family's health. It's comforting to know that I have a Doctor that actually cares about keeping me healthy . They offer a easy way for me to view all my lab results , treatments , and even medication requests via an app the clinic provides all from my smartphone . It's so convenient and makes it easier for me to be in control of my health .

It is for that reason , I absolutely without a doubt recommend Padre Family Medicine for your consideration . Do give them a call and schedule an apt to visit their clinic and get to know them . You will feel all the feelings I've described in my review .

Visited Dr. Padre's office with my dad a few years back. Found the office to be cluttered with unnecessary stuff, and way too full of patients. Waited over 40 minutes and approached the reception to find out if the delay was possibly caused by an emergency the doctor experienced. We were told there was no emergency and that it would a long wait due to the amount of patients waiting to see the doctor. At that point we decided we were in the wrong office.

Great patient care. I saw Diane Padre-Gozun, D.O for some issues I was having. She was very nice and gave me advice on how to improve while still giving me the referral I needed!

The clinic is Nussle in a shopping center. I did wait around 30 min after my appointment ( Which was fine). The DO quickly saw me and I was out in a jiffy.
