I am happy to write of review of PBDES..this is a very busy office .the staff are very hard working .they are friendly and efficient consistently. Dr.Patel is a wonderful doctor .she is funny .she is smart .and she really takes care of her patients .of which she has a lot! I am very thankful I found my way to this practice .after 32 yrs working as a nurse I'm pretty sure I know a really good doctor when I meet one . Same for again, the hardworking people in her office...working in healthcare is not easy ...there are a lot of people to deal with daily and get everthing done correctly .... in addition the office has its own lab. This is so great . So easy .you are in and out. Just show up! No need to coordinate with QUEST...work thru their system etc ..not any longer ...all you have to do is drive to PBDES ! That's it! So...for all of the above I absolutely would recommend this practice. And I really glad I'm a patient there!

Dr. Reynolds is fabulous! Takes the time you need with her. Highly knowledgeable and very patient Centric. As a nurse I’m a good judge of Drs and she is one of the best! Her staff is very friendly and efficient. My only complaint is there’s only one bathroom for the patients And appointments are booked up six months in advance. I guess the word is out and everybody wants to go there lol.

I have been a long time patient and the Jupiter office is always a pleasure to visit. From the front desk to all of the nurse's. My provider was change over after Dr. Pepper retired and I just love Charlie! He is such a great provider! Very thorough! He is top notch in his field.

I would not go anywhere else. I have been a patient for 23 years. The entire staff are welcoming and friendly to talk to about any questions you have. Charlie is excellent!! He is very personable and takes his time to listen and gives me the information I need for any medical questions I have.

I was concerned when dr. Pepper retired but to this point in time my experience with Charlie has been excellent. He is caring, knowledgeable and never makes you feel rushed.
My experience with the staff has been nothing but pleasant. I have had numerous blood draws and everyone has been painless.

I was assigned nurse practitioner Stephanie, first few visits were fine, but I had to reschedule a few times due being a new Mom and work schedule. With that being said, my last appointment in Dec I had to cancel due to getting the flu and a few weeks later I received a notice in the mail from the nurse practitioner saying she is dropping me as a patient, there was no explanation as to why. I called a few days later after receiving the letter because I was genuinely confused. I was told because I reschedule to much and that they have banned me from all locations. I was shock because never in my life I have experienced something like that especially with someone being a diabetic. How can you just drop me especially not even asking to see what was the cause of me having to reschedule. I was extremely disappointed at the fact that happened. I’m only giving it a 2 because the times I was there the service was not bad , however the lack of education to at least let me know your policies in advance so I can schedule according to my schedule instead of me scheduling prior hoping to not miss an appointment but life happens and of course business is business

Dr Reynolds, the nurse practitioners, the nurses and the medical assistants are fantastic but the scheduling department and anyone who runs the phones are horrible. You cannot leave a voicemail after hours and if you leave one during hours they do not call you back. It is so hard to get a hold of anyone on the phone. You have to jump through hoops just to get ahold of anyone.
