From the time I walked in and checked in with April to when I was taken back where I had Dr. Joesph Oliva as my Doctor and the two very caring and Amazing Nurses Camila and Hannah my experience was amazing! I work in Healthcare myself so I know how hard it is sometimes going to a place and not feeling heard. I felt like they truly care about thier Patients and it shows! I will definitely be using this ER again if we ever need to! Thank you for being very caring and compassionate human Beings.

What a wonderful and unique experience during a difficult time. ER Nurse and Case Manager, Robin helped me to navigate insurance issues which resulted in me being able to have my back surgery the same day I entered the Emergency Dept. Robin was firm but kind in all interactions with Cigna. She made sure I had everything I needed, from warm blankets, caring words, a hug that I so desperately needed and the confidence that there would be no more insurance issues. I felt reassured and cared for by each person in the team that got me from ED to Recovery.

Charge Nurse Bri- A pleasant greeting on the Ortho floor when taken to my room.
Miles and Emilio- Nurses on the Ortho floor. Not only took care of me in preparation for surgery, but had me laughing! They are both kind and joyful.
Chris and (a wonderful man whose name starts with a D) - took me to the OR, it was a fun ride!
Christina, Chris, Kristen, and another wonder women whose name is escaping me- My ALL women's team in the OR, other than Dr. Petersen.
Dr Kyle Petersen- Thank you for your steady hands and small incisions. We got it DONE!
Marcia- Recovery nurse. You wiped my tears and called my mom. Thank you for your compassion.
Sandy and Anna- Night Nurses- helpful, thoughtful and attentive post surgery in the wee hours of the night.
Nurse Shawn- AM nurse that worked so closely with me the day of discharge. Another strong, confident, kind women that is a stellar nurse.
Maggie and Co. - PT the morning after surgery, a great team!
The food service staff- Came in with smiles and greetings and good food.
Vitals and bloodwork- I thank you for your swiftness and smiles.

Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center is a gem. So many of the wonderful people that helped me have been long time employees which says so much about the quality of the Hospital. Thank you all!

A huge thank you to Nurse Stephanie! Her compassionate care and genuine concern made a world of difference during a difficult time after my mom's emergency surgery. Stephanie was always very attentive, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to ensure my mom's comfort. She is truly an exceptional nurse who deserves all the praise! Stephanie is a shining example of what a nurse should be .... kind, knowledgeable, and always patient. She made a stressful situation feel manageable. I express my sincere gratitude for her outstanding care. My family and I felt that my mom was completely safe and well-cared for under Stephanie's supervision. Her professionalism and dedication are truly commendable! I'm glad I was able to relay this message to Stephanie's charge nurse "Sara" who is also awesome. Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center is very fortunate to have Nurse Stephanie working with them.... especially in ICU!!!

If zero stars were an option, I would pick it. The worst care I have received in a medical facility- by far. The nurses are careless and rude. I came in after a car accident during which the back window fell in on me. The nurse told me there was nothing to be done about it and to just take a shower later. When I kept complaining about a pain in my arms and back- he finally took a look and removed several chunks of glass out of my skin. The second nurse gave me a shot for pain, and when placing the band aid over the injection site- missed it by over three inches... I didn't notice until after I was discharged.

I came in with an ambulance, but the medical staff at the hospital (and the ambulance) failed to gather my medical information (medications, medical conditions, etc), take my blood pressure, run any labs, etc. One nurse did try to take my blood pressure. She put the cuff on, started the machine and then left. She never checked the results and discharged me about five minutes after forgetting to check the results.

The imaging technicians were lovely, but the PA seemed like she could not have cared less about me.

From my pre-op tests and registration to being discharged, I probably encountered 20 various staff members.

Every single one of them were awesome, kind, compassionate and made me feel at ease.

I don’t usually write reviews but want to help and acknowledge this place as it was truly a great experience, better than any I have had at any other hospital.

I had two artificial discs placed in my lumbar spine and was there for a few days.

Thanks to all the staff and keep up the positivity that I felt when I was there! It makes a difference to your patients.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my sincere thanks for the incredible care I received after my recent accident. Let's just say breaking my leg was not on my to-do list, and I was pretty scared going into surgery. But from the moment I got to 2 South, I felt like I was in good hands. Seriously, every nurse and PCT I encountered was fantastic – so patient, kind, and genuinely caring. I know you guys are busy, but you always took the time to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable.

I have to give a special shout-out to Emilio. Wow. That guy is a rockstar. He went so far above and beyond for me. He wasn't just doing his job, he was genuinely invested in my well-being. He helped coordinate everything, anticipated my needs before I even asked, and just generally made a really tough experience so much easier. I honestly don't know what I would have done without him. He's a real asset to your team.

Booked an appointment online to bring my daughter into the emergency room. The staff was very friendly and professional. We were seen very quickly and met Ashley Steele nurse practitioner. She was awesome, explained everything, clearly answered our questions, and got us in and out. I appreciate the timeliness and medical staff. Thank you!

Exceptional experience stayed in 3 E wing room 352 nurses and staff were attentive and kind! Day of discharge nurse TJ went out his way to ensure that I received all medical lab reports for future drs visits. Best service ever! Another nurse made sure I got coffee and the food that would meet my nutritional diet. I went in the emergency room initially and that was a positive experience too… so thankful when you’re not feeling well you need people to be kind.
