I have been a patient here since 2018. Since Dr. Dharia sold his practice to My Care Medical it has seriously gone downhill. The office staff is horrible. They are so rude if you can get through to them. You'll be on hold forever. If there was an option for zero stars I would choose that!

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Dr. Julio Schwartzman. The process was efficient, and I was in and out quickly. The staff was punctual, and I appreciated the great office environment. The care I received was thorough and attentive. Highly recommended!

Have xray or scan done and then a visit to review the results and many things are discussed but never the results. Subjects are changed so quickly that the original reason for the visit is forgotten. Then the billing is absurd and they refuse to resubmit to insurance even though the insurance has requested. Billing told me to resubmit it. They want me to do their job! My only option is to find a new Dr after 6 years.

Update.. don’t try to get a prescription sent to your pharmacy in a reasonable amount of time. Also, they seem to arbitrarily choose any RX in your file, not the one you need. If your ask for the manager they take a message but the manager never calls. . No one in this office listens or knows how to be polite. There seems to be no Corporate office to contact about issues you may have. Stay away from this office.

I won’t suggest this practice to anyone since there are many issues with them. They charge you for your annual visits, after that you have to be on call for almost 2 hours with the billing department to explain everything. When you submit forms for the insurance discounts, you don’t get it back for almost 10-20 days. For the daily medicine prescriptions or refills, they want you to come in the office pay them money and then only they will prescribe the medicines till then even if you are sick, they won’t prescribe medicines. For this practice money matters more than patient. This practice is not at all patient friendly.

Corporately owned- that’s not a good thing. To bad big business seems to think they should have a hand in deciding your healthcare.

Dr Ambrose is a sweet doctor. It’s his staff that lacks. I take care of my mom and I call this office weekly about referrals and i NEVER GET A RETURN CALL.I have to physically go to the office if I want something done. It’s always the other doctor’s responsibility for referrals and never their fault. I wish someone would at least call me back and help me navigate what I might be doing wrong? I work in the medical field so It’s beyond frustrating when health care providers delay patient care. I wish I could find another office but I’m stuck in limbo for referrals. If you are the office manager and are reading this. Please contact me. After weeks, I finally got a referral for my mom, but guess what They don’t take her insurance! You would think they would verify that before sending a referral.

Definitely do not recommend this office/company.. They don’t call back with test results. They don’t answer the phone, only “please leave a message”! I left 4 voice messages over a 3 day period with no return call. You never see a doctor, but they do have friendly nurse practitioners.

So disappointed in the level of Patient care here. I agree with others who have expressed concern since My Care Medical took over. Unfortunately, because of this, the RN who I used to see and loved, is no longer there. I went to check out at my last appt a few weeks ago and schedule my next appt and asked for one of the other RN’s and was told, by the most incredibly rude person, that neither were available for the next six weeks. I was given the option of some new Dr. (Bie?) who appears to have just graduated from Med School. They seem to care more about money and getting as many patients through the door rather than actual Patient Care. Thus, the reason you can’t get an appt for 4-6 weeks. Unacceptable. Especially when your follow up appt is in relation to a high BP issue. Ok, I’ll just be over here with a major medical concern until you can fit me in…Awful!
