Very clean but smaller office. I like better than WPB location. From desk staff is generally polite with patients here. Conveniently located at SW corner of University and Military. First level. Office building is busy with other professionals. Parking can be feast or famine.

This is easily the worst doctors office I have ever been to. They have a real nasty lady working at the front desk that is extremely rude. They never answer the phone so you can make an appointment and then when you do you’ll get told you can’t make an apt and have to see the nurse. Extremely annoyed by the lack of respect and care for my health even after I said I was in the hospital 3x in one month and really need to see my dr. Will not be returning to this office and I’d recommend you stay away as well unless you like to be treated like your medical needs don’t matter.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! Basically fat shamed by a female doctor in the Jupiter location. I explained to her my issues about my high blood pressure medication and was basically told “were not magicians; pills arent magic. People think they can just eat mcdonalds and eat fast food whenever and make no lifestyle changes and expect a pill to work” DISGUSTING. Little did she know i do none of those things. This woman should be ashamed of herself who knows how many other patients she has bullied. Also told me maybe my blood pressure cuff is “too small” when i explained that i measured my blood pressure and it came out to be normal. Very nasty attitude if i could give 0 stars i would. DO NOT COME HERE.

Two terrible experiences back to back(I am 35 and in good health). First - I arrived with minor chest pain. An EKG was performed. It was determined I was in atrial flutter. No verification was done. I went to the hospital and found out I had a sternum injury, not atrial flutter. The EKG they took was misinterpreted due to improperly placed leads. Their incompetents cost me $3k in medical bills. They could have easily verified their results.
Second - We had a very sensitive and personal issue only to be discussed between the doctor and my family. I specifically asked it to be confidential. They discussed and reveled our issues with receptionists and administration. Later that day I was shamed by a receptionists, it was humiliating.

I have received attentive and thorough care with Palm Beach Medical Group. Dr. David Stern is my primary. He listens to me. PBMG Juiter could polish up their front end though. Multiple times I have been at the window and the woman talks on personal phone calls during my business with her. Overall I'm very happy with PBMG

If I was able to leave less than one star for this office I would. I am a 29 year old female that has been coming to this office for about 3 years now. My parents were previous patients to Dr. Ellis, which is the reasoning for me choosing this office as well. Amy at the front desk has been nothing but condescending, passive aggressive and overall unwelcoming every time I have come into that office. I assumed it was because I was a young woman, whatever the reasoning she has for treating me this way is entirely unacceptable and unprofessional. I asked Dr. Ellis on a previous visit to fill out my family medial leave forms for chronic migraines. I continued to explain to her how I work two full time jobs, one requires constant travel around the globe. When it comes to the different climates and constantly being on aircrafts, you would think she would understand. Her response to me was that I should quit one of my jobs. I was in absolute shock and outrageously insulted by this comment. I work hard because I have to and want to make a better life for myself, not for my doctor to pass judgment based on my life choices. It is on me, the fact that I continued to receive my FMLA paperwork from this office. Due to the constant travel and inconsistency, I didn't have much time to build a new relationship with a new doctor and have the forms I need filled out. I have tried to get my paperwork from this office for this year and at this point I believe that Dr. Ellis and Amy are deliberately trying to make this as challenging as possible for me. One of the 3 attempts to receive this paperwork, the handwriting was illegible and when I confronted Amy about it she said "Why should I know what she wrote." I don't know Amy maybe because you've been working in this office for how long now? And you don't know what your bosses handwriting looks like? Once again the paperwork was sent back and denied. It has been a rollercoaster of emotions for this horrible office with their horrible staff. Moral of the story they gave me paperwork today April 3rd that was signed and dated for February 14th. Why would any company approve paperwork with a date dated back two months when I have submitted this three times since February? This is truly to just disrespect me at this point is what it feels like. I have never left a review this long and outraged, but it was long over due. If you want your day ruined go see Amy and the front desk. If you want a "professional" doctor to degrade you, go see Dr. Ellis.
