Rude staff. I have been with Dr Andrade for 12 plus years. Call today for appointment and was just treated with such a short and rude conversation. The Dr is booked for awhile which was fine with me but I was just told as she snickered that he was booked up. It was like saying sorry but your SOL. Didn’t even ask what I needed. It’s hard enough for someone like me to call when I need help and unfortunately I am now looking for a new dr. I just want the Dr to be aware that his staff is probably turning away a lot of his patients.
