I have had 3 accidents now requiring surgery on both hands , the left twice, and Dr Jones performed all of them.
The worst was a hedge trimmer accident where 4 fingers were mangled to the bone.
The other 2 not mutch better, like a 4 " Nail through the wrist from a Pneumatic Framing gun!
All 3 surgeries were a total success !
The recovery times were long, which is to be expected with nerve & ligament re-attachment.
The rehabilitation staff was great also.
The last time I saw her I jokingly said I hope I never see you again, but Now both shoulders are destabilized from rotator cuff injuries, + and axSpA, so looks like I will be seeing her soon.

Dr. Jones and her PA, Allison, are fantastic at what they do. Dr. Jones really knows how to break down information and explain it to you in a way that's easier to understand which was extremely helpful in making my decision making before my surgery. Allison has been great on the phone and with my post-surgery questions and follow up appointments. I cannot recommend this team enough! Thank you for your excellent care!

Dr. Jones is amazing! I had 3 surgeries on my hands due to arthritis. Limited pain, quick recovery and they look great.
She is an excellent surgeon and person.

This is not about Dr. Jones. She's a very good Doctor and I always liked her, as she's a true professional. This is about pain, and her office pushing me aside. I've been going to Dr. Jones for over ten years, and get a cortisone injection every five years for osteoarthritis. I was due just recently for another injection and was told I couldn't get an appt for over 20 days with Dr. Jones, even though I was in pain on a scale of 5 out of 10 being the worst. They told me to go to the emergency room or a health stop to get pain medication to tie me over. I ended up doing this and not very happy about it. I decided to find another Doctor which I did and got my cortisone injection today instead of waiting till the 20th of this month. I'm sure Dr Jones has patients that are not in pain that just go to get x-rays and checked out. Shame on her office for pushing aside loyal patients who are in pain!!!!!!!!

Dr Jones is exceptional. I’ve seen her for six years, including a life changing surgery. She has such a pleasant demeanor, is attentive, she listens. And to back that up, she’s incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in so many areas. I know this review sounds over the top, but every word is true. My number one favorite doctor of any specialty, hands down.

Dr. Pamela Jones is an exceptional Doctor. I had surgery on my right index finger Jan.2021 It was very
extensive involving removing bones, a cyst and the fingernail. Dr. Jones was very thorough and explained
everything and made arrangements for surgery quickly to avoid further problems. She was very caring and I felt so comfortable with her. She told me she would do her best to try and save my nail so that it would grow back. The hospital- Holy Family ( Haverhill) was so chill and laid back. I was not nervous at all. It went smoothly and I can tell you that I will be going back to her for hand surgery in the future. It’s April and my fingernail is halfway there. Thanks so much Dr. Pamela Jones, Loretta

I’ve been going to Dr Pamela Jones for almost 9 weeks now for a tibia and fibula fracture and it’s been a great experience considering I have a broken bone. Deb in the cast room is awesome. She’s so welcoming and helpful. She’s been great at answering any questions and concerns I’ve had.
