I would like to take this time to say a big THANK YOU to JENNY KHAN for taking good care of my kids while they were ill. We really like Jenny as she was compassionate, caring and went out of her way to make sure my kids got better. I especially want to THANK Jenny for pretty much saving my daughter's life when she got sick. You went out of your way in the evening to get my daughter seen by a radiologist on the same day also. You took good care of my kids and myself. You were apart of our family. This 5 stars is for you ONLY. Unfortunately we will no longer be able to see you anymore because of the unforseen event that took place with another person there. There will be a review later on that. Paper cranes saved the day for me last week. Total 5 star service by Stephanie and Carrie. I went in for bloodwork, my hand was the size of a football because I got stung by a bee- who knew I was allergic!!! They took care of it for me instead of sending me to the ER. Eternally grateful!

Doctors are good, office staff execution is not good. Always felt I was given accurate care. But have had many clerical problems where I have to call multiple times to get promised services completed. I had to call twice this week to get my prescriptions renewed, & I asked for a conformation call back when it was done. They finally renewed it after second call, but no one from the office called me back to confirm so I knew it was done. I specifically requested that conformation call twice.

I am so glad I was referred to this practice by friends & acquaintances. Jenny Khan and Stephanie Garza have been fantastic. They listen very well & I feel like they see patients as their equals- there's no condescending attitude like I've experienced with another local physician. The employees in the office have been nothing but kind and helpful. I'm grateful for Paper Cranes.

She explains so you can understand the diagnose and treatment plans. I cant thank her enough for helping with my daughters health concerns. I recommend her 100%.

Stephanie Garza is by far the best Doctor I have ever had!!! She is so knowledgeable and listens! I have had so many health issues and so many Drs and I cannot express how wonderful she is. Always knows what to do and always listen to me!!! Can’t find that very often! The whole office is filled with the most wonderful, caring people. You will be so happy you went to her

I appreciate a fairly laid back office, not to rigid. But this is something else. Nobody calls when they say they will. referrals not sent over when they say it will. whomever calls to relay lab results doesn't have the capacity to handle any follow up questions, so that means additional follow up calls. Don't change insurance at any point, because they can't handle it. Called to make an appt, gave new insurance info. Gave new card day of visit. Then get a bill a few weeks later and they say "oh we don't take that plan". well...nice to know.

I highly recommend this place for your regular doctor visits. Here we see highly educated nurses, very professional. If there are any concerns we will be referred to specialists. The best part is the blood draw is done here so we don't have to go to the labs.
