I find this building to be more ADA friendly than its neighbor. If you want hassle-free loading/unloading park in the garage on the North side. A clean, quiet office building in a convenient location.

Come here 2-4 times a week to bring my disabled children to therapies and often find the DISABLED loading zone w a parked car in it when i complained to maintenance for parks building he gave the excuse that while the sign are lower than required they are "grandfathered" in so a change is unlikely i complain to cmh and they say its not in their control also while on the phone with cmh the car that was parked in loading zone was a CMH employee and it seemed like cmh quality care didnt care at all its unfortunate that just because theres no sign saying no parking a very clearly lined grate is there and its completely ignored we shouldnt have to be told why not to do something but apparently people do fix this please!

Building seems ok but parking is limited underneath and surrounding streets. Elevator and stairs in the basement parking is helpful when able to park there.
