My friend goes there, 🏥 but they are so nice, especially the staff and most definitely the Dr. It's pleasant, I help out my friend being a caregiver, Iike going, not primarily Dr. But I truly like it.
I Love the dentist 👍🏼🦷 and assistant he had, he also had a good character, smiled every time I saw them, I think he was Chinese nationality that I remember, staff was pretty ok, but I loved this place, recommended to a few friends after someone recommended to me, I loved it! Thank you Dentist for the great service with my teeth, I truly felt at home.

When I was there they ran test. They didn't tell me right away that I had a UTI, and that I needed a blood transfusion. It wasn't until I went in for another visit that a nurse explain to me, that I was supposed to have an blood transfusion due to excessive bleeding from fibroid tumors and an enlarged uterus. I would never trust them again! They don't even deserve the one star.

They have some good providers at Parktree, but unfortunately scheduling appointments and communicating with the office. People can be virtually impossible. Sometimes I stay on hold for long periods of time and get hung up on pretty much on a regular basis and they have had problems with their phone has been out for months, so unfortunately, I’m going to have to write this place pretty low because if you can’t communicate to get through to your doctor, it affects your healthcare immensely.

This place has the worst front office personnel, they are very incompetent, they need to go back to school and learn some customer service and manners. They never answer the phone, but they are always playing and mocking each other in the back where everyone can see them. This place could be better since the doctors are great, but it looks like management lacks integrity in correcting this matters, maybe they are the problem.

I swear these people hope you will die. They don’t answer the phone. They don’t provide information. They don’t call you even when you have an appointment. They will hang up on you. They will hold onto your medical information and refuse to release it to you. They also will not listen to you and negligently prescribe medication that will put you back into active addiction and not solve the health issue. Be prepared to wait months for a referral and then months to get an appointment at the referral place…only for them to cancel your appointment without informing you. They should be absolutely ashamed.

I’ve been going here for well over a year now and seeing multiple doctors for different health issues. I have never experienced any issues until yesterday. I arrive early for my 4:10pm Chiropractor appointment this time. I arrive just after 3:50pm. Greet the girls at the front desk and sign in. While waiting for my appointment another patient arrives and mentions he is there to see the Chiropractor in which they tell him he is late, his appointment was at 3:40pm, but they will go ahead and reschedule him to 4:00pm. Mind you it is just after 4:00pm. Not long after they call his name roughly around 4:06pm to see the Chiropractor (my appointment is at 4:10pm). At this point I bring it up to their attention that I was next to see the Chiropractor. I was here sitting in the waiting room, and he had just arrived. They informed me he was re-scheduled, to which I reply I was aware since I had been there the entire time when he arrived late to his appointment, and they completely jumped and bypassed me. They apologized and said they don’t know why the young lady set him up before me. I asked to speak to their manager but was told they were in a meeting. I asked how I can put in a complaint; they gave me a form to fill out for my complaint. By the time I was finally called in to see the Chiropractor, it was well past my appointment time. He apologized for the inconvenience and told me he had no idea I was even there waiting for him. He proceeded to show me his monitor where it depicted that I just barely been sign in two minutes ago. He also mentioned that it wasn’t the first time and a few other patients had gone through the same thing. So, the issue here lies with the girls up at the front desk. They are not doing their work effectively and are neglecting the patients. Instead of sitting around joking and gossiping, they should be checking in the patients or at least learn to multitask to where work can still be fun for you, but you follow through with your job. When I was done with my appointment, I asked if the manager was available now, and was informed they still weren’t. I ended up leaving and I hope my complaint form actually gets turned into to management but you never know, it could end up in the trash.

Dr Marina is a wonderful dentist. Both my wife and I see this clinic. Very capable, good tools, steady hands, I always feel fortunate to receive my dental care from her.
