Cleanest, nicest office. Front desk staff super friendly and helpful, and Dr. Diaz was so kind and made you feel comfortable. Despite it being a buys morning, I didn't have to wait past my appointment time, I never felt like I was being rushed, but was also in and out! A great, comfortable experience!

I used to love Partner's in Women's Health. I had both my children with them between 2010-2014. Unfortunately the service has really gone down hill. I was recently referred to the Margaret Niedland Center for a breast ultrasound due to dense breast tissue. I now have a bill for over $400 for this - a bill I didn't really need just before Christmas. I've just been informed by my insurance company - Blue Cross Blue Shield that because it is an outpatient facility they always charge a lot more. I could have had it done for Rayus for a $50 co-pay. Apparently it is pretty standard that doing this with an outpatient facility is a lot more expensive - across insurance groups (I didn't know this). I have just called the office and left a message - it is impossible to ever get through to anyone there. I am sure, as usual, it will take days for them to get back to me. I really would expect some level of guidance as to where best to have this ultrasound done...they are the experts in both medicine and insurance. I will be asking them why they referred me there, surely knowing this was the most expensive route for me to take!! So sad to be leaving this review but feel so disappointed and wanted to warn others not to auto accept their recommendation of where to go for scans.

I strongly advise caution with this office. I received an unexpected $2,000 bill, and upon investigating, I discovered that the office had failed to submit a required authorization. This oversight led to my insurance denying coverage for the amount. When I confronted the office, they gave conflicting and misleading responses. First, they claimed my insurance didn’t cover it. Then they admitted they hadn’t submitted the paperwork because they "knew" it wouldn’t be covered—which wasn’t true. They also tried to deflect responsibility at every turn. I had to persistently follow up to get the issue resolved. Eventually, I received a clean bill, but it took significant effort on my part. Be vigilant if you use their services, as this could easily happen to someone else.

I’ve never left a negative review on a doctors office but if it guides anyone.. The standard of care by the practitioner I saw, and this office, is truly abysmal. I had no follow through to what I came in for, and after 3 weeks of calling each department, leaving voice messages and emailing through the portal, my time-sensitive medical needs have not been met. I would never recommend this office.

Partners in Women’s Health is the only doctor’s office I look forward to going to. I have been a patient of Dr. Alsina-Sanchez’s for almost six years, and I am truly grateful for the top-notch care I have received as a result of being her patient. She is compassionate, gentle and knowledgeable. The rest of the staff is incredible too. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I feel extremely grateful to have found Dr. Gershman as my OBGYN. I delivered in July with my second. I felt safe, heard, and confident in the delivery team throughout the entire experience. She is an amazing doctor and the reason I had a safe and healthy delivery.

I met with NP Kylie and Candace. They made me feel so comfortable during my exam despite being scared. Would recommend them and this practice. Such great people and very professional.

I absolutely adore Dr. Kauffman and Alsina they are literally amazing. They are spectacular at what they do. Very friendly, kind and informed on you and what is in your chart before they even see you. AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!! Dr.Kauffman delivered my son in one push!!He also made them aware of me having two failed epidurals with a different provider. Jupiter Medical had a specialized anesthesiologist on staff that was able to give me my epidural & it worked. Such a huge relief!

However, as an RN I cannot understand how “Nurse” Lorie is still employed here. I have never ever called her and got a hold of her. Everytime I leave her a message, not only does she not return my phone call she gives some bogus excuse as to why she didn’t. Last time it was, she never got my message on her voicemail, mind you I’m severely anemic with Multiple Sclerosis and a blood disorder. It just so happened that I was also in labor and unaware. Luckily, Mrs. Bernice sensed the urgency of my issue and got up out of her chair and went into Lories office and told her to answer the transfer. This time it was she called me back and left a voicemail. I explained to Mrs.Bernice that the number Lorie said she called was not my number but, I also didn’t understand how she called back a wrong number when I left my phone number on her voicemail 2x. Ironically, in nursing school you are taught, trained and tested on critical thinking skills. Every I walk past her office nobody is ever in there and she is sitting infront of her phone. That tells me all I need to know about her NEGLIGENT AND LAZY!
