Three stars not because of the staff, but because of the policies and procedures that are not clearly outlined in their website. Just know that in some states, they cannot actually prescribe the medications you need. I had an appointment, and then was told that I need to make another appointment with an NP because they don’t actually do it there on site. They walked me through everything I needed and then told me to pay another $35 to meet with these NPs. Again, where is the disclosure to patients that this is the process? Be prepared to pay over $150 for nothing but an appointment with an NP WEEKS OUT from your initial appointment. (Also not clearly outlined on the website.) Again, the $150 does not cover the additional NP cost for malaria pills and antibiotics. Also be prepared for an additional three days for the NP to actually get the prescription to the pharmacy. All in all, be prepared for costly surprises because this company website is intentionally misleading and deceitful. They never clearly state what you are paying for and what you’ll need until you are in the room and forced to pay.

No nurse practitioner on site, so they can’t prescribe medications. Very high prices and upcharges. When I asked for a printout of my invoice, they said it was against company policy. I left and went to a real medical clinic instead!

I had a fantastic experience with Juanita. She was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. She provided valuable insights and suggestions that I hadn’t considered before. She even stayed past closing time to ensure I had all the information I needed. Highly recommend!

I called and they told me for yellow fever vaccine there is $120 charge for the office visit + $423 for the vaccine, so over $500 total! Crazy. I canceled my appointment.

They carry vaccines that hospitals don’t. Same day appointments are available and the nurses are knowledgeable and very friendly.

Erica who works here is the best and saved the day. She went above and beyond to try to get my vaccine after an admin error by someone who booked my appt, and even took ten mins out of her break to help me. She is wonderful and this location is great!

We were pleased that this office was available on Saturday. We were assisted promptly and our appointment took about 90 minutes. Our consultant was very knowledgeable and honest. We were provided a folder with detailed personalized documents for our travel requirements. We were aware that health insurance does not cover travel vaccines, but were surprised to pay approximately $1000 per person. Other than that, we were happy with the service provided!
