I asked the doctor to take my contact out cause I couldn’t and when she went to retrieve it, she said there was nothing in my eye. when I got home and I was sleeping my eye hurt. I had to get up. I found a contact in my eye. I was very upset that she couldn’t find it with all the equipment you used to look inside your eye. I could’ve ended up having an eye infection having it in for days.

Friendly and prompt staff. Many new pretests that used to cost extra some years back (ex: back of eye scan). Blood pressure wrist monitor seemed off.

My inly complaint was sitting in the waiting room for over 30 minutes. Do not over schedule as it is not fair to us, the customers. Everything else was great.

My husband and I showed up for our eye exams and they didn’t have my husband’s reservation. That was odd because they sent text messages, emails, and left voice messages to remind us of both appointments. They were able to see my husband but we ended up waiting an additional 45 minutes. That happened with our last appointment as well. Last year we both showed up and they didn’t have either of our appointments listed and didn’t have a doctor at the office. That time we also received text messages, emails, and I confirmed our appointments over the phone. We had been going to that location for years and the service had always been excellent until the last year. Maybe they changed ownership and that’s the reason for the decline in quality of service. Who knows.

Everyone was very friendly at the office and made sure i was comfortable with each test. They answered all of my questions and the equipment used was up to date. The ability to get an appointment quickly was a huge bonus.
