Eliza did absolutely wonderful yesterday. We have been very pleased with Pathway. Eliza was extremely patient with my children especially my daughter who is special needs. She showed and explained what the machines did prior to her using them. The boys thought they were awesome. I took my daughter here for an appointment. She had been having headaches and some blurry vision. We thought it'd be a typical eye doctor visit with glasses. They immediately knew within 30 mins of evaluating my daughter that she had something different. She had a condition that needed a specific type of lenses. I can't thank the staff and doctor enough for their help in quickly diagnosing my daughter.

I had an amazing experience here! I called early yesterday morning to get in due to an eye infection and they got me in same day and got me on eye drops to correct the issue! The doctor and all staff were friendly and professional. Will be back again! Side note: the doctor got my sense of humor as well which was amazing!!

My appointment was for 1:45 and I got there 20 mins early. When I left it was 3:15 and still had not seen the doctor. I had to leave due to other engagements but I really didn’t think it would take more than an hour and a half. Part of a good business is respecting your patients time.

I had a great experience! Dr. Smith was amazing and explained everything well and had a great attitude. Hannah that helped me was awesome! She helped me pick the best glasses and took time with me, and she was thorough while sizing me. All the staff were wonderful and helpful!
