Actually it’s my husband who is being seen by this very kind and understanding lady! She shows genuine concern and compassion for her patient, and understands the issues he’s experiencing and goes above and beyond to eleviate them. He always expresses how much better he feels after a session with Patricia..we hope to have a lasting relationship with her in his attempts to feeling like a real person..she has helped him navigate through his issues as no one else could.. we appreciate all she’s done for us!

Today was my first meeting with Patricia. I felt it went very well. Even through a computer update that disconnected our session for five minutes. When I returned back to the session, she was patiently waiting. I felt she understood my concerns. She addressed them thoughtfully and was very caring. And she actually gave me her thoughts and advice about my son and daughters relationship and no one all these years have thought about it and I thought about it and it’s exactly true. She was very pleasant was not pushy. If she suggested something and I did not feel I wanted to do it I said no, and she accepted my answer with respect. I am glad I originally had another psychiatrist scheduled, but chose to try her due to her reviews, I feel validated and understood and I am looking forward to the next appointment. 10 stars all the way the last thing I will leave you with is I was not cut off when I was talking. That means a lot to a patient for someone to listen to the whole story .

I was looking for help with a condition that was new to me and was not yet understood by me or a healthcare practitioner. I felt like this counselor really didn't understand what I was describing. It was really weird because for the first couple of sessions, I felt like we were totally on the same page. She understood. She understood my description of what had happened to me due to medical negligence. But then she consulted someone else and came back expressing a complete lack of understanding, a complete desire to not understand or really be involved. She wouldn't really talk about the issues I was talking about and created some other issue with no evidence. She tried to treat me for something that didn't exist and wasn't appropriate. I was desperate for anything that might help my condition which really wasn't psychological. It was a neurological condition. I really felt gas lit by her. It felt like she was trying to identify an orange as an apple while also arguing that the orange wasn't even there. Out of desperation I tried medication that she suggested And it made me ill. She referred me to a psychiatrist Who was nice enough to be direct and point me back in the neurological direction for treatment. That led to a long journey through alternative neurological medicine mostly outside of insurance.
