This place is horrible. The people who work there don't know how to give customer service to their patients. Dr. Gold doesn't care about how his workers handle the patients. Front desk workers need to get training on how to handle their customers as well as how to talk to them. They keep patients on hold on the phone for so long. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Only NP doing her job.

Worse worse worse.. every time I call for an appointment it’s never in person just a phone appointment. All they ever ask for is blood test and it’s all they go by. Every time go get blood test!! Ughhh.. Also I suffer from Gout and get really bad Gout attacks. I called in and Dr only prescribed 2 pills as if that was sapose to treat me. Needless to say I was in super bad pain and they just did not care! Called 3 times same response. Horrible Dr. Stay away from this place. Hopefully they shut it down. Dr Pagodian you really need find another career because this one is not for you!! FYI I’m changing doctor!!!
