I have been coming to this clinic since I was born and now I bring my kids. Yeah there is a wait time but the doctors and the staff are always courteous and helpful. You just need to be patient and grateful for the service they give us.

Worst clinic ever. My appointment was at 5:30 it is now 7pm and I still haven’t gotten seen by this doctor. What is the point in making you appointment and you don’t even get updated on anything. This needs to get taken down. Just look at these reviews. And they’re lucky to even receive a one star review

I have no words that I can use right now!!! I am ferious about how I'm being treated. I could barely walk into this office for help on March 21st and I'm still waiting on my doctor to call or email me with my results from a MRI of my hip because I can't walk. I'm still waiting on the doctor for a test I took on April 13th. Results been back. First of all it took almost 3 weeks to get the referral from my doctor I've never in my life seen doctors treat patients like this place. Unbelievable. Terrible experience. Terrible service. I still need help. The worst place. It needs to be shut down!!!

Rashond Harris here! I haven’t seen my doctor in almost 2 years and when I finally scheduled an appointment and got it approved by my doctor! I randomly just received a text this morning saying that it was canceled for no reason! No one contacted me, I’m almost 100% certain my appointment was canceled in place of giving my spot to someone else. I’m done with you guys. I’ve been coming here my whole life literally since birth and before it was even called PCC. You guys have betrayed me.

I have been going here for a while but I will be changing because this ridiculous. I had to wait 6 months to get a referral for my daughter. Then, they keep billing my insurance wrong and every time i tell them they don't do it or follow up. You can never speak to anyone you have to call before they are closing to speak with someone. Then the front desk people want to have a attitude its crazy that you have to call them 100 times for a appointment they need to do better!!

I've been very lucky to never have a bad experience with this clinic. Everyone from Dr. Runkle to the staff at front desk to the medical assistant were all professional and very helpful. I always have to make appointments later in the day because of work and the wait time is consistant to other clinics I've been to.

I have been a patient at PCC for about five years.
Everytime I go in for an appt the staff is very helpful and polite. I have never encountered a problem with their staff members. But I am sad to mention that just today I switched providers. Every time I call in to make an appointment I am always told to go to their other clinic because they don't have any thing available for two weeks or even the month. They always leave me on hold for 30 minutes or more. When i show up to my appointment they don't take me in till an hour later and i still have to wait another hour in the room. Its been like this the last 5 couple of times. They have great doctors and staff but do need to be considerate that patients call in for an appt at a certain time. They also take about 2 months to give you a referral. Thank you doctors and staff memebers it was great while it lasted. But I am off to another clinic where they consider time valuable.

My kid was born so we made appointment In a week from the birth but the doctor was at a different location at the time so they made another appointment in 2 months when we went for that appointment the doctor Anastasia Crihfield said that the kid is under weight so she told us to take the kid to emergency and that we have time until Friday so we waited 2 days and on Wednesday she called mad that the kid is not at the hospital yet and threatened us with DCSF so on Wednesday we took the kid to the hospital because we didn't want to have problems we did just like she said today is already monday next week and DCFS calls me because even we did what she asked she still called DCSF so i Believe its not the concern about the kid it more like some personal problems she has with us and I will make her problems about this because this is not ok I see this threat as discrimination plus what pediatrician is that she didn't do anything just send us to the emergency so I don't know what she's getting paid for she messed up and called DCSF to not take the responsibility keep you kids away from this place now I understand why some young people don't want to have kids in addition I will say that how my kid was acting didn't make me concerned because if he was under weight that would mean that we didn't feed him enough but when there's a problem the kid should give signs and he didn't he was happy not crying much never seemed that he wasn't getting enough food so I wasn't concerned and now she might want to take us responsible I'm not a doctor so I don't have to know if something is wrong it's there mistake that they made the next appointment in 2 monts and the kid was waiting to long and we don't have nothing to do with that and we will come after with a lawsuit if we have to this is unacceptable stay away this business is gotta go down
