Technically they're very good at what they do, but three times I've fallen asleep during a massage the masseuse leaves the room and returns when the appointment is up.
So I feel like I'm being ripped off by not getting a massage while I'm there on the table regardless of whether I'm sleeping or not.
I'll never go back there because of this situation. Like I said it's happened three times. Good quality but zero dollar value

I move around a lot for my career but every time I find myself back in Tucson to visit family I try to book a massage with Sterling. He is hands down the best massage therapist I have received work from. 100/10 recommend seeing him.

I promise, if you don't leave here feeling like a bowl of jelly....it is not their fault. They really go the extra mile to make you feel safe and comfortable, and then they work the stress and pain out of your muscles.
Whether you are looking for a simple spa type massage or a pain management or even a post sports massage. You will find what you need here. I highly recommend this peaceful oasis in the city.

I felt like a new person. It's such a nice feeling to be pain free. Everyone is so caring. Also, the providers do their best to help one feel better and get healthy. I had acupuncture with Dr. Yo Long. All the massage therapists are specialists and provide comfort and healing using different techniques. I enjoy deep tissue with cupping for whiplash.... I highly recommend Peaceful Spirit for all healing needs.

Absolutely no more OxyContin, Benzodiazepines, Vicodin, Somas, Amatriptalyne. Actually, more medication than I can remember, then I came to Mara and Peaceful Spirits 18+ years ago. Now it's down to a damn good massage every 2 or 3 weeks and I'm ready for Betty, whoever she is. Peace

Great staff, ambiance is terrific without being modern, feels very homey, not stuffy and corporate. Therapists definitely know their way around a sore back and shoulders. Would highly recommend. They have earned my repeat patronage, and I will always recommend them!

I LOVE IT!!! Angy is THE BEST!!! I will always come back. She has a good touch and perfect pressure for me. Massage helps me with my bad circulation on my legs, detox, relax and sleep better ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
